No way to access on mobile

Tried to view content in browser and it asked me to download this app. The app does not work with institution log in. It keeps you on the webpage and asks you to download the app when you’re already on the app.
I eventually found a loophole and was able to access content, but then I couldn’t press back to view other content. And had to force quit the app and then it started all over— I had to log in again which takes 2 minutes to go through all the steps
Can't Play More Than Three Seconds of Video

I got this app so I could listen to VT lectures during my long journey to school and back since VT won't play online on a mobile device. It is absolute garbage. I have tried troubleshooting but I still can't get past "Hi everyone" in the lecture videos before the app not only crashes, but crashes the Pulse App as well.

App is total garbage. It seems like there was no effort that went into this at all. There is no mobile version, but yet they want people to download an app that doesn’t work. It crashes just as fast as it takes for the app to open.
