Along with this app is supposed to come the ability to make multiple profiles. But this is simply not possible. It gives you an error message and tells you that your email is already in use and you will have to select another email (and pay a new subscription fee!) to add a profile for another child.

So I went ahead and contacted support. They were not helpful at all. They told me that multiple profiles aren’t supported unless I buy from Apple ITunes store. So I sent them a screenshot back showing that I had bought from Apple and requesting help setting up another profile. That was on April 17. It’s now April 28 and I haven’t heard a word from them in response.

In prior years syncing happened automatically) is a fatal flaw. In addition, the bugs in the app make it impossible to send data to the developer to fix without getting kicked out of the app. I have raised these issues multiple times and am always told the app will be updated to fix these issues and it still hasn’t. The developer has now gone radio silent after I paid for the full version. I don’t want my money back - I just want it to work as advertised.
