끌 수 있는 옵션도 제공되지 않고, 매출만 관심있고 사용자 경험엔 별 관심이 없는듯 보이네요.
환불 플로우가 최악이네요

10일넘게 상품 준비 중이라 화나서 환불하려는데 1:1 상담에서 환불요청 해달라 하더니 1:1 상담가니까 환불 불가능하다네요. 누가 이따위로 만들어놓은 건지..? 고객문의라도 남길 수 있게하던가 진짜 최악의 앱.
