Worked well for the time being when I downloaded it. Now it’s just a space muncher in my phone. If I could talk to the person who made MyBrookdale I’d laugh in there face. The infrastructure is flawed and MyBrookdale doesn’t work half the time. It’s a horrible app and I’ve missed class and not been able to get to class on time because of issues regarding connection. It never wants to load ANYTHING.

It worked fine the first few times. Then all of a sudden it stops letting me log in. I even called tech support at the school, and the woman said its my phone. Meanwhile I'm reading the reviews from people who have MyBrookdale and they say they're experiencing problems too. I need to check my schedule to see what classes I have and MyBrookdale was very convenient. Now I can't log in and tech support is rude and can't help me. The worst app I have downloaded. Hope they fix these bugs.

I can't log in at all. Even after changing my password, nothing! And when it does work, it's slow as hell! Also, if it had a map of where you are WITHIN the campus (or how to get from point a to point b the fastest) that would be a great feature.

When I first got it MyBrookdale was great, especially for a new student who didn't know there way around campus. After a few uses it stopped working completely. I can no longer open MyBrookdale , even after re-installing it. If it worked though I'd probably rate it a 4.

MyBrookdale worked well last semester Spring 2012. Now since I upgraded to IOS 6 it crashes every time I sign in and try to do anything, this needs to be fixed. It would be a good app just to have to check your schedule and grades when you are not near a computer. BCC or whoever developed this please fix the issue

Your better off going to the Brookdale website on safari. It's much more mobil friendly. I like the idea of the map. But it doesn't show what buildings are which. It needs some work. Even it means having to pay a dollar for it. Because it's just the same or worse than going to the website on your phone.

I would give it 3 more stars if didn't crash every time I clicked news, events, etc. I can click schedule and grades no problem but nothing else. Fix this please Bdale. I'm adding to this review after a few days. It keeps crashing when I try to look at grades and schedule. It worked for a little then now crashes.

Everytime I open MyBrookdale and click something it crashes....not useful at all....but if it worked it would be a very helpful and useful app....please fix this...i have ios6 buly the way make it compatible....

I honestly don’t know why MyBrookdale even still exists. It hasn’t worked once. Save the storage on your phone and don’t bother downloading it.

Installed it and it worked once. Had easy access to a lot of information. Now it stays on sign in screen until it times out

App is horrible. Worked for 1 day and can’t log back in. Have to deal with the web site this whole site needs to be reconfigured.

MyBrookdale worked for my first semester after that it stopped working it doesn’t load anything anymore I can’t look at my schedule to see when and where my classes are I can’t look at my grades to see how I’m doing MyBrookdale is so bad and useless don’t even know why it’s still on my phone wast of space

Every time I try to use MyBrookdale to see my grades, check my classes, see my student account ... really anything that involves being signed in, it crashes. What’s the point of MyBrookdale if I can’t use it???

But now every time I try to use it it crashes... Once I got ios6 on my phone that was the end of MyBrookdale ... Hopefully they can update to work with the new software

Everything is fine and easy to find but usually crashes. Needs fox asap

Does not let me sign on, too slow, does not allow me to back out of certain pages. Please fix

I'm impressed that a small school such as brookdale produced an app. (a multiplatform one at that) I would really like to see email incorporated into this. Also for the map instead of using google API, link to the map that's posted on campus. Have a high res one that can be kept locally on all the machines. But email should be first and foremost priority.

This is a good app but it can be better when some improvements are made such as adding access to student, staff and faculty email and fixing the timing out.

First install was buggy, second worked well. Still needs work, particularly the map. It's just google earth with some markers.

I downloaded MyBrookdale the other day and was able to login with no problem. I tried again today and I'm no longer able to login. The login fails, but I have not changed my password or any other information.
