Invasion to Personal Data

The app is able to use and record both camera of the phone. The bank effectively force you to this non sense method to use most of the functions. I do not want someone to record my video on both cameras, switching between them without notifying me!
Turkish Law should prohibit this nonsense.
For business, this is a huge risk as well. I have signed non-disclosure agreements with multiple parties. What happens if this bank switch to back camera and record sth on my laptop/monitor screen or some paper on my desk?
Why would I or anyone to trust them over how to use these recordings? What happens if they lose data from their server?

Turkish banks are so fast to adopt the new technologies but this video usage would raise huge concerns in many western countries. Frankly, I hated this approach and decided to use another bank as my main one for transactions in Turkey.

Lacks basic polish for a banking app

As of this moment, on an iPhone XS, I am successfully logging on and immediately presented with, stupid upsell advertisement, on which none of the 3 buttons work to dismiss it away so I can go about doing my banking business.

Whoever thought of inserting these bank product advertisements need to take into account how they are impacting user experience.

In my case, after waiting about a minute, app crashes and as a result I cannot use bank services. very frustrating.

Horrible corporate user experience

The app is not bad for personal use, however if you are using it for corporate it is AWFUL.
If the developer solves the problems below I will change my rating to 5 stars.

Every day I have at least 10 some times 30-40 approvals. With other bank mobile apps I can approve all of them in total of maximum 5 clicks. On Yapi Kredi Mobile it takes at least 60-70 clicks just to approve 10 payments.

Additionally all other banking apps let you use more than one corporate accounts with the app. With Yapi Kredi Mobile you just cannot. So if you have two companies, you have to pick one to use with the app, and the other with !!unresponsive!! web site.
