If you have any type of carbureted engine (car, motorcycle, lawn mower, etc) it pays to run ethanol free fuel.

The biggest issue can be finding ethanol free fuel since it's becoming more and more rare. PureGas is the only reliable source I've found to find 100% gasoline and though it's very simple it's one of the most useful apps on my phone.

Idk why PureGas is so highly rated. It’s garbage. Literally all you can do is as see a list of gas stations. Some useful features would be allow users to post gas prices, post the grades of fuel that no ethical fuel is available. My car only takes 93 octane and I prefer 100% gas, no ethanol. Makes PureGas useless without that knowledge unless I just want to drive to every gas station and look myself. PureGas has their phone number listed but no way to click it to call. You have to write it down like this is the 1800s. You click the name of the gas station the only thing that happens is it opens Waze gps app. Can’t even click the phone number of the station and ask their fuel grade flavors.

They must pay google to spam advertise for them Bc when you google “apps for 100% gas”it almost exclusively says pure gas. But PureGas is very lacking.

I run Ethanol Free in all my small engines and cars. PureGas is GREAT for finding stations carrying ethanol free.

Only wish list item for a future release feature is to have prices for ethanol free listed in the Pure Gas app kind of like the gas buddy app lists prices.

The list is probably right (it is for my area), but it includes stations that require a certain membership card. There’s no way to filter these listings out. I’ve already made a list I found online and cut most of those out.

Also, I recommend calling ahead to verify, if possible. When you do, ask if they use blender pumps. Blenders can put as much as a quart of ethanol-based gas in your tank. Not good if you have an older motorcycle.

Works well. My only complaint is when in map mode and you click the info button for the gas station it ask me to open maps and to navigate. It would be nice to click on it and bring up the info about the gas station instead of driving directions only.

I downloaded PureGas some time ago but I have “no” app icon to open??? Now I have to go to the “App Store”, search in order to find PureGas it says I have, then I have the option to open??? NOT HAPPY 😤😡!!!

My only complaint is that PureGas doesn’t post prices like “GasBuddy”. Other than that it works well.

I have a car that only uses 91 octane, which can be a little hard at times to find, PureGas is great when you have a high performance car, or any car for that matter, makes vacation trips less stressful! Thank you!

Kind of tough to plan a trip with no way to search by location. Just searching the map is close but I don't see a way to tell whether a station carries 91 from the map. Perhaps there's a trick I haven't found yet.

Not to be too negative. As it is I couldn't live without it.

I can’t count the number of times PureGas has sent me all over creation only to end up somewhere in the middle of a residential area with no gas station in sight. Hours and hours wasted. Probably addresses input into PureGas incorrectly but no way for me to know. Some of them I have found but they were closed. No hours of operation provide. Extremely unreliable. At least provide phone numbers so users can call ahead to verify existence and address and use our own GPS to find.

The very basic app is helpful finding ethanol free gas, which is great but wouldn’t it be really great to have the prices posted by members just like GasBuddy does so you can make a choice where to go especially when traveling away from your home area.

It’s great to have PureGas which is better than nothing but PureGas can be improved for better usefulness...like adding a search with filters which would improve this a ton! PureGas only shows what’s close to me but would like to be able to search other locations like a different state etc.

The website allows you to see the octane available at the gas station. Possible to add that to PureGas ?

As the owner of a motorcycle that prefers E0, PureGas is awesome. I do wish it would support adding/editing stations within PureGas instead of having to do it on the website.

Edit: Also wish tapping on a station icon on the map let you pull up the details that the website shows.

While PureGas could be a little better, it's the only option for this purpose, and it does just fine.
Very glad it's back on PureGas Store! Was thinking there was some conspiracy or something.

I love the opportunity to look up stations offering real gas there’s been several times especially in south side of Oklahoma City where the stations aren’t located there any longer or they aren’t offering an option for 100% real gas.

I get about 3.5 mph on average running non-ethanol gas which equals about 65 extra miles per tank! The new media say’s ethanol gas is better for the environment.... I have been to the ethanol plant! They are polluting a lot more in making the ethanol than my car is burning!

Some of the users put stations up which have nothing to do with ethanol free gas. Not PureGas 's fault, but still...

It would be better if clicking on the station took you to a website or phone number when available.

Simple, clean, and functional app. Even includes MPG tracking and night mode. Great resources for those who want better performance and/or don’t agree with burning our food for fuel.

It would be great that when you click on a station in the Map function it shows what kind of octanes they sell. My M3 requires 93, which is pretty hard to find...

I prefer ethanol-free gas for all my vehicles and PureGas makes it easy to find. The map view is especially helpful, but would be better (5 stars) if tapping on a station in map view showed the octanes available.

Works well given the dataset from the website, but there is no way to add stations or update inaccurate info from PureGas , which would be really nice, especially considering the site doesn’t seem to be working either at the moment.

PureGas is very accurate. Already used it several times to locate non- eth gas and it hasn't failed me yet. PureGas was accurate with locations in both city, and rural areas while traveling.
