Requiring payment
So I LOVED this app when I downloaded it last year to find my way around campus. I tried to use it this semester to look up some new buildings and I am now required to use a 90 day free trial with an automatic payment per month without cancellation in order to open up the app!!! What happened to this free app I’ve been using for a year and a half? I will be deleting this from my phone and using another app

Charged me after I cancelled?
I knew when I saw the free trial that I’d only need it for 90 days so I cancelled the subscription immediately so I wouldn’t forget after the free trial was over. I hope it doesn’t charge me a second time because I checked and it is definitely cancelled. May be a weird glitch. It’s a great app though! Just make sure to watch out if it charges you after you cancel it!

Great App! But...
This app is fantastic and a real life saver! I love every aspect of this app, but I feel like it’s missing something. When I punch in a destination, it provides the blue line that leads to where I want to go, but the app requires me to look at my phone the whole time to get where I’m going because there aren’t any turn-by-turn directions, just the line. If audio directions or actual turn-by-turn directions are added, it gets a 5 in my book! Thanks for your time reading this and giving it some thought :)
