Since the update that they made us do there have been lots of problems everybody seems to be saying the same thing quests don't work goals not completed but say you have but don't give you the coins or the crystals that you're supposed to get for the levels that you did complete trying get a response from support good luck nonexistent very frustrated I love my game why don't you guys work on fixing it. Who cares about family guy we don't we like our villages. Is support even paying attention to the reviews that they're getting do they even care ?? Come on tiny team can't you take the time and fix our game if you're not going to fix it then give us the option to do another game transfer our coins and are crystals give us a game that works. I know I'm not the only one having problems I'm not the only one disappointed with your service get with it how many bad reviews do people need to put before you actually do something ??? Does anybody have a phone number that we can contact them ??? we spend money real money on this game and what do we get no service. HELP !!!! What is wrong with your support Team !!!! I have an Apple iPad I am playing tiny village I don't have a contact tab in settings it won't download my contact/ friend list there is no newsfeed no new featured quest and this isn't my first time trying to contact you, this is not fair considering I have purchased crystals and tokens/coins to play and grow my village. If I would have known that your support is beneath par, and the game does not work properly I would have kept my money! I don't like to feel scammed you need to fix these bugs! And to top it off you have no tiny village site just a tiny co and when contacting you tiny village is not even on your games list so I had to go under futurama this is not cool PLEASE FIX THIS MESS AND RESPOND WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME AND NOT HAVE ME WAITING AND WONDERING I DESERVE TO GET FULL USE OF THE GAME YOU GOT FULL USE OF MY MONEY!!!!! And you got the nerve to still run the game! Does Apple know that you are scamming people and leading us on to believe that we should play the game and make in game purchases just to not get use of the purchases!!! And then you don't have a true site for contact and you won't reply!!!! NOT OKAY

I Love this game buuuttt..... the MAJOR bugs in the new update make the game almost unplayable and very unenjoyable. The missions are completely spazzing out, so u can't even see what the mission is! Right now I'm very unhappy with TinyCo. The only way they could win me back is if they fix ALL the problems and restore everyone everything they've lost in this ordeal, like when some people have tried to get support, TinyCo told them that if they deleted and reinstalled the app it would fix the problems and not delete your account. They lied. The people that did this, still had the same bugs and LOST EVERYTHING!!! I feel especially sorry for people who have been playing for years and had put a lot of money and time into the game. Why have you not fixed this yet? You have had plenty of time since the update to do so and until you do I am no longer playing.
