On my android phone, I go to yb races (Rock Seven Mobile 2.7) on the App Store and when I click on it, I get a message repeatedly that says "Something went wrong, try again"...... over and over and over. How can I get this app to work NOW.

Close and restart the YB Races app on iPhone
Update YB Races app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall YB Races iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix YB Races on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve YB Races network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

YB Races Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix YB Races not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the YB Races App
1. On android, goto Settings » YB Races » click [Force Stop]

Update YB Races to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear YB Races App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » YB Races » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart YB Races.

Fix YB Races unable to contact server/ YB Races internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click YB Races » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto YB Races » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch YB Races
