I have facial ID set up to be able to login to my Alliance account but I don’t log in very often and EVERY time I do try to log in, my facial recognition doesn’t work and I have to set up an all new password and facial recognition all over again. I have multiple bank accounts that are just as secure as Alliance or more and I log in just as much and the security measures are appropriate for all of them but Alliance’s security measures are over the top and extremely annoying every time I try to log in.
I will be moving my business to a different bank ASAP and telling anyone else that will listen to avoid Alliance Bank at all cost because of their over the top security measures and limited ATM locations around the country.

I have been using the app for a long time and has been useful when I can actually log in. Which is why I give it at least one star. On the other hand, 99.7% of the time when I try to log in, either by fingerprint or actually typing in my password, I always tell me there is an authentication error. Nothing has changed on my end, the app itself has some bugs that need worked out. I would much rather keep an eye on my account in the palm of my hand rather than having to call or dive to the bank. But at this point I would rather not bother with the app because I never know if it is actually going to let me in.

Every time I go to click on my accounts, just after opening the app, the screen will shift downwards and I end up clicking on something else. It is very annoying. It almost seems like there is extra stuff loading in the background and then it refreshes when this happens. I app is also really slow in general, even when my internet has excellent service, it takes so long for the app to load different pages.
