First, I LOVE 19 news. I no longer live in Cleveland but I keep 19 Action news on my devices for up to date news. However, every time I open WOIOCleveland19News on my iPad, it opens a pop up ad that forces me to listen to it. Then, when it’s done, it lets me into WOIOCleveland19News . But then the ad starts again!

Fyi, lose these ads. If you’re not making enough money on your TV ads, charge more. WOIOCleveland19News should be ad free

Ever since the new format/update the weather function is not available half the time does not update I just wind up going to another local news site for the weather
WOIOCleveland19News is unbelievably slow!!!! I think they reverted to dial up!!

One of the biggest problems with WOIOCleveland19News is that the weather is not on there anymore , The need for a second app for that is very inconvenient.,

I will say that the stories are easy to read and usually pretty accurate with no mistakes ,typos.

It is highly unprofessional to mix in click bait ads that look like news stories with actual new stories. I can tell the difference, but how do you explain these differences to a person who doesn’t know? You can’t just tell them it’s a trusted news app and to believe every article they read on WOIOCleveland19News. Have some integrity.

Your report on your 6pm broadcast about Goodyear’ s contributions to candidates running for federal office was so confusing and very poorly produced. IT IS A VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW for a candidate to accept corporate contributions. This was not even mentioned in the report . Your report stated Goodyear gave x amount of money to Sen. Brown, x amount of money to Sen. Portman , x amount of money to Representative Ryan. If this were true it would be a MAJOR news story. What you reported is simply NOT TRUE. Why would you do this? Then you went to Goodyear’s contributions to Republican and Democrat Party organizations and finally mention Goodyear has a PAC, which is legal for corporations. You never explained what a PAC is and why it’s required by federal law for a corporation to have one. I found your report both misleading and confusing; that’s why I give it ZERO STARS.

It is sad that you have to go through soooo many ads before anything of grave concern is part of your notifications and you have to wait 30 seconds on an Amber Alert or a National Emergency. Not to mention WOIOCleveland19News that is attached to your television, its worse.

There has been a Thankyou ad that pops up in the middle of the articles blocking half of the page. This has been going on since late last year. I messaged the tech support twice with screenshots of what I was talking about with no response. I tried to message on Facebook and no response. So frustrating I finally deleted WOIOCleveland19News and downloaded a different Cleveland news app to keep up with the local news.

I do not like the new layout and it crashes or is super sluggish every time I use it. I deleted before the new look for similar reason. May delete again. Too bad, because it was my go to app.

I check the 19 news app in the morning and throughout the day. Why is it never updated the same stories appear all day and sometimes they’re there for multiple days. It would be nice if the 19 news app was updated throughout the day to correspond to their newscast throughout the day.

When you want your news in Northeast Ohio, it's all here in WOIOCleveland19News . While there are some accessibility issues with unlabeled buttons, it's still good. I love WOIOCleveland19News, and as a blind man in Cleveland, it's a way to start and end your day with the day's news stories and weather information. Keep up the good work on WOIOCleveland19News . As I said before, I use Voiceover. Voiceover is an accessibility feature for the IPhone, Ipad, and Ipod Touch, and mac. There are some unlabelledbuttons like the save news button that is not labeled at all. That could use some improvements. Other than that, WOIOCleveland19News is very accessible for the blind Community.,

I watch Channel 19 for all my news and monitor the online news as well! Love the anchors, the alerts, the weather forecasts - love it all!

I liked the old look that was on your web sit, I do not like the update that is on your web site

The only thing missing. Is the pictures and names of the team. So I can keep up with the newest team members

I like the clean and streamlined and efficient way the news is presented. No time is wasted scrolling down the headlines to stop at a story I wish to read. There is so much clutter and chaos in today’s world that it is a relief to go to 19 and see what news I missed quickly. I have always liked 19 for news. You seem to be Everywhere lol and post more stories than other channels.

There is absolutely no racists on channel 19 , that makes watching the news informative with out unnecessary anger about the way the news is brought to us .

I’m so glad there’s finally an up date for the news. I love news and it’s availability, but sometimes the waiting for new updates made me yawn. 🤭

When watching the news, I usually watch Channel 19 news. Using WOIOCleveland19News helps me to keep up with the latest local news. I find WOIOCleveland19News to be very informational and easy to use. I like this a lot.

Variety of coverage great! News about Trump over and over! To educate your viewership where is the news about proven facts of Hunter Biden?? Not a word! The mainstream media is only covering one side. A shame for the country to not get a balanced news!!

We read your site everyday.. and truly enjoy your work. We live in Smithfield Ohio. Life time cleveland fans. Browns season ticket holder since 1978. Liked the previous app much better. Easier to see the different news stories. If it isn’t broken don’t try to fix it.
