Shopping List 2024 Reviews

I have used ShoppingList2024 for years and it’s been really great until this new update. Now the items in the list don’t go to the top of the total list where they are all together. You cannot make notes in the go shopping screen. I list the prices for 2 different stores in the notes so now I will have to use search to find my items to make notes. Very inconvenient! Will take more time. Frustrating!

I tried without any guidence to make the shopping list reflect what I usually needed in the store.

It was hit or miss and I finally gave up in frustration at not being able to put specific types of items in there. for instance "dried apricots" or "prunes" or a specific type of fish '"salmon."

Then I happened to be talking to someone at ShoppingList2024 store. He directed me to a little video. I thought now I can really learn how to use this "potentially" useful app.

However, there was NO VOICE and the little cursor just ran all over the place too quickly for someone to figure out exactly what was happening.

So I made contact with the company (I guess it was the company-on the page the video was showing) and asked for assistance and there was no reply.

This is not the kind of service one would expect from a company calling their app..."Quick and Easy."

The only quick and easy was the selling of the product, certainly not the use or understanding of it!

Yes it was free but that doesn't mean they should not want to help customers learn how to use it.

I used this for a couple of years on my old iPod, and I loved it. It was so simple and easy and nice-looking. Now I tried to put it on my newer iPhone, and it no longer works. If I add items, the do not go to the chosen category, they create a new category. Sometimes it works, but not for long. I’m so sorry I cannot use it. Maybe if your device is really old, like my iPod, it will work.

I would give it 5 stars if I could have multiple lists!

Awesome app love the pics especially with kids. But even the paid version does not sync with my iPad. Spent hrs making a list on iPad went shopping & nothing on my iPhone :( also it needs multiple lists available for different stores. ie. Costco, Safeway, Target, Toys R Us.

Cool app for shopping with my iPad. Does what I need it to do except give a total. Would be great if i had the option to have it prompt for price and quantity when I checked off an item. Would definitely give it 5 stars and recommend to friends then. Currently have to add prices on phone calculator. That's kind of lame.

I was looking to find new shopping list app and tried this. Very nice. My main concern is that you can't have more than one list.

App has good features and is simple to use. Adding new items and categories is easy. But a major flaw is that there is no Indexed List (alphabet scroller) on the choose item page. With a very long list of item, it's much too difficult to navigate. Also needs a way to clear already purchased item, leaving unpurchased item remaining for the next time.

Good app. I have my categories in numerical order but it won't list them that way. It want to put them in alphabetical order. Also, it could use more icons for the item selections. It would be nice if it came pre-populated with the most common items. But, all in all, a great app once you populate it with your own lists!

Love that you can e-mail the list! My husband does the grocery shopping but I do the cooking - as I think of things we need during the week I just add it to the list and then hit the send icon to email him the list on sundays before he goes to the store. He just pulls it up on his phone while he's there. I also like that it stores all of your items so once it's there you only have to tap it and it moves onto your shopping list. I can also store a pic with the name of the item so that I can make sure he gets the right brand or type. No more requesting dishwasher detergent and getting washing machine detergent instead!

I worked my way through a dozen apps until i got this one. I can take a photo of the item to show while shopping, for both Western and Chinese products, put the price in the label or in a note, paste in characters from a translator app, and change categories to names of stores that stock those products.
Would love it even more if i could go full screen in a product without being in edit mode Thank you.

I get certain products from different stores and added the products under the category I named under the store name. Now when shopping, I check all the products I want, and then categories. When I get to that store I can see each product I want to buy there. Super app. You can also take a picture of a product and use it for that product.

I downloaded about 6 shopping apps, played with each & this was the winner! Clear & easy to use. Able to add items, categories, pics & reorder them to align to store aisles. Only reco would b ability to add an item for one time list w/o it appearing on regular list, for those once in a blue moon purchases - currently I have to go back later & delete the item. Thx for helpful app!

Very handy app! I love that you can categorize your items. It comes pre-loaded with categories, but you can create your own if you want. Once you pick up an item at the store, tap the item on the list and it will move to the bottom of the list under the category "purchased." Makes my shopping much quicker/easier. Cool cool.

Have tried other grocery list apps and most were to complicated. Once you enter the things you buy most it is simple to create a new shopping list. Would like more clip art but for a free app this is handy and very helpful!

I just wanted something easy to use. Don't want to waste time adding deleting etc. Everything just gets done in 1 click. It's a shame they still haven't added notifications badges. The most obvious feature is non existent. ShoppingList2024 has been out for years. Get it done guys.

All parts of ShoppingList2024 are super easy to use and edit! I love the ability to take a picture of the item to use as an icon. Easily editable categories make shopping faster. I tried a bunch of shopping programs and this is the best so far.

Before finding ShoppingList2024 I thought I found a wonderful one. But ShoppingList2024 is by far the best. I recommend it to all shoppers. It really doesn't matter what you are shopping for. It can be personalized to suit your needs. Thank you so much for this helpful app.

Really like ShoppingList2024! I can customize the list according to the store's aisles! I don't waste time going down aisles I don't need to! It was the first thing I checked when I got my new phone to make sure it all transferred over! A great timesaver.

I have tried several different grocery list apps, and this one really works for me. I love that I can add items and edit all the details including pictures for them! I have been stopped several times while shopping and people have always been impressed with ShoppingList2024 . It's simple, straight forward and easy to use!
