Templates will not open. Other aspects are working. I have tried to delete and re-install and still cannot open the special templates to create cards, messages, etc.

During the last month, the app is not working. None of the options responds to the touch screen. I’ve deleted and installed the app again but the problem continues. Please I need to know how to solve this problem. Thank you

How to fix PicCollage app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PicCollage app on iPhone
Update PicCollage app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PicCollage iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PicCollage on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PicCollage network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PicCollage Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PicCollage not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PicCollage App
1. On android, goto Settings » PicCollage » click [Force Stop]

Update PicCollage to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PicCollage App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PicCollage » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PicCollage.

Fix PicCollage unable to contact server/ PicCollage internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PicCollage » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PicCollage » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PicCollage
