I downloaded Tuner because it advertises working with voiceover. That is a great feature that most tuners are lacking. As a blind person I have been looking for something to tune my many instruments with. I gave this four out of five stars and would like to have given it five except for just one thing. I sometimes play alternate tunings and these are not available at this time.
My hope is that in future versions of this we can address this. That would be particularly useful for those of us who play in open tuning instruments like dobro.

Overall, this is a giant step forward for me as I need at times a this app where I do not need to use my eyes in this working with voiceover is a godsend.

I love Tuner! Just one thing. I’m not really sure if I’m getting the note right or not. maybe in the future you could add a new feature to where you can see like how far you need to tune and maybe an introduction to tuning for beginners. I know you are probably doing all you can but just for the future

If you like to tune by ear and/or just tune by ear to other instruments this is great little app. Can do Octaves and Tansposition. Has sine wave option if you typically prefer using a tuning fork or pitch pipe.

Desperately needs the built-in recording of the Guitar B String re-recorded as half of it is screwed up.

This is a great this app app! It does just what it says, plays tuned notes. It works perfectly for my guitar and it also has other stringed instruments. I’d recommend it to anyone that has a good ear for tuning and needs quick, tuned reference notes.

So I have a viola and there aren’t a lot of good tuners out there to use. A lot of the ones I used before just didn’t work but this one did!! Works great for like every instrument. Thx!

I can really hear tune. Easy to use but no visual interactive device to let you visually tune. I use it for my banjo.

Not loaded with features that go no place. Nice straight forward this app that doesn’t leave you frustrated

Great four guitar restring and set up. I am blind and cannot see digital tuners. I still use a tuning fork, but Tuner makes it all hands free.

I have tried many many tuners, this has the least invasive ads, with most options for tuning. Really good app.

I use voiceover on my iPhone because I am blind. This application is easy to use straightforward simple, but effective.

I have perfect pitch so I can hear that the tones in Tuner are all perfect and it's a very useful app for instruments such as flute. Great job, so easy to use for visually impaired people like myself.

I like Tuner very much for the multiple instruments that it can be used with to tune your instrument very easy to use and very effective on an iPhone 11 running iOS 15.6.1

This is a basic this app although it helps a whole lot since I have good ears and it really works to tune my Viola. There are many more instruments to tune and I really love the fact it has multiple instruments to tune. I recommend this to people who have good ears to listen with and tune at the same time. 10/10 awesome app.

Solid, basic, useful. I’m a violinist and I don’t need more than an A but I like playing around and looking at all the other instruments tunings. I use Tuner every single day.

This is a great little this app app. It does exactly what it says, plays tuned notes. It has several instruments but I use it just for the guitar. If you need an app to quickly tune your guitar like me, give it a try.

Clear, simple and well-designed app. Perfect for tuning, guitar, cello, uke, and string instruments. Great for ear training too.

Since the last update I can't get sound unless my ringer is on. Why was this change made? It's annoying.

Thank you. It's perfect now. I use Tuner on a daily basis.

I use one hand on the phone and one on the string, then alternatively pluck each one. It’s super easy to hear off-pitch that way for me. Then guess the amount of turn, in small upward increments. Thanks!

Since I have multiple instruments, the various tuning settings on Tuner have been so convenient. Love it!
