Hi, I am trying to update my number for over 2 mounts now and itโs not working we called you guys and still they said they will call my new number to confirm it but no one called mabye itโs a bug in the app it is saying ( sorry your number is in progress) for like 2 months so please reply to me or tell me what to do to fix it thanks.

One of the worst bank appโs, itโs got very limited services plus i had to call the bank so many times to activate card payment & transfer option. Also, Very bad technical support. The application should reflect the professional nature of the bank itself . Buy unfortunately... no one cares !
Racist

This bank is so racist that it ONLY opens an account to Kuwaiti citizens and to people who have a salary over 1750 kd ( approx. 6000 dollars) and they speak to non-Kuwaiti in a rude way, also in a non-professional manner. Donโt open an account if u could and never deal with them at all.
