I love how it gathers all of my health/workout info from other apps (Apple Health, Nike Run, etc).
However, I wish there was a better landing/opening page. I wish there were a better day at a glance/food page rather than workouts. (Because not all of our days revolve around researching gym workouts).
I don’t understand, and don’t like the meal plans. It only shows one recipe for B/L/D, so it’s not fully encompassing of what one should eat for the day.
Additionally, I think some menus are cumbersome (going back to the landing page issue);
It’s also hard to program your own personal workout plan, like if you get a workout from another website, you’re not able to create a daily plan, but just have to remember which of your custom workouts youre doing for the day.
I also don’t know how to get out of the meal plans, and workout plans that are set in FitnessBuddyWorkoutTrainer .
Otherwise I love FitnessBuddyWorkoutTrainer , and would highly recommend it to anyone.
