4 Most reported problems 😔💔
I have had a subscription to the Lubbock Avalanche for years .Two weeks ago I started being blocked from reading the paper. I was finally told my subscription had expired so I paid $126.95 for a one year subscription. I am still being blocked. When I try to open a new account (per their instructions) , I put in my e-mail address and get a message saying this e-mail is already in use. Well, of course it is, BY ME! I try to put in a password and am told it does not match what is on file. That is because they told me to create a new one. I am at my wit's end. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME/
Remove Captcha from Login

Requiring captcha for login is not needed for this service. If you are going to have a captcha you should use invisible captcha which doesn’t require users to select boxes. This is especially important for older users as they often select incorrect captcha boxes.
Newest app glitchy

This newest app has issues. More trouble loading. Printing of puzzles is 50/50 if it will work. The full newspaper edition is harder to read compared to the older version. It honestly has me leaning toward canceling.

Awful! This app and my iPad do not get along! Am considering canceling my subscription. Please restore old print app for iPads. The current version has a severe aversion to the Safari browser!
