Don’t waste your time

The application features only minimal functionality, and worst yet, they don’t even support file upload for receipts. The only thing you can do is access your camera roll and they block being able to access your files, which is completely unnecessary. They have no support for iOS 11, except that the app will load. Other than that, Xero themselves have said on their web site that they have no plans to support iOS 11 features.
Worst customer service

It seriously takes them at least 1 or 2 days. I’m trying to connect my union bank feed and it won’t work. I ask support and I get a template response. Each response takes 1 day to respond. So I’m like 5 days into it and I’m still with a rep giving me a template response like “make sure you turn on your power to your computer” type of advice. So horrible!!! Stay away.
Unable to refresh account feeds

The inability to refresh account feeds makes this application useless for anything other than showing off the fact that it could be so much more if only this one function wasn’t overlooked. You will find yourself looking at stale data most of the time with no recourse other than to load the web version on your desktop.
