Napa Valley Register CA Reviews

Ever since your latest update I can barely read the news, it's so bad I uninstalled NapaValleyRegisterCA - I would be more understanding if I was reading the content for free but I am paying for both the online and paper version of the register. Get real!!!

I can only assume you relied on high school interns to
design your new website. That’s the only explanation I can see
that would justify this shoddy product.

Some of the headlines show up twice in the newsfeed. Also, the world and national news gets all mixed in with the local news. Also there is no way to see older articles like from the past few days. You have to do a search for them.

I went to school at Pacific Union College back in the 1970’s & have been checking in with the Register to semi keep up with things in the Napa Valley. Today I was asked to pay $25/month for this privilege. This is way to much for an e-paper. $10 maybe but not $25. Oh well… one less paper to look at.

I’ve tried to download NapaValleyRegisterCA twice and both times there is no content. An empty and worthless app.

There does not appear to be a way of searching for articles in the redesigned app.

Make it simple!!!!!

This used to be an ok app for news. However, it is now useless unless you subscribe/pay them. Too many free news options to pay for stories.

I love the register and am a supporter of local news. NapaValleyRegisterCA does it no favors. Images are impossible to view. No archives. Terrible search. Can’t find stories from the print edition.

There is no rhyme or reason to your formatting. Also yo can not search anymore! I needed to search for a date of death in obituaries for a family member and couldn’t. Also I wanted to search for any articles about the murder of a family member and couldn’t! Bad Carmaker NapaRegister you lost one building and me ed to a flood zone! Really!

Was a very good app. Recent updates have made it super buggy and almost unusable. Screen jumps all over, scroll doesn't work right, and simple navigation has all the sudden become a nightmare. Previously would have rated 5 stars

Page has not updated for several days. Fix it? Lets stay on the ball people.

There’s just no excuse for not having the ability to read NapaValleyRegisterCA in landscape! Come on, Lee. Your future is digital. Start acting like it!

For the last 2 weeks the obituaries haven't been accessible. I am a former Napa resident & like to keep up with my family & friends still living or not, in the Valley. Is there a way to read these another way?

Since the update I haven't been able to locate the milestones(I recently had my daughter and keeping an eye out for birth announcements) if this feature is even still accessible through NapaValleyRegisterCA ? Please fix this :)

The register doesn't need ads, get rid of them. Logging in is a joke. Other than that, just needs some fine tuning. The face lift was much needed.

NapaValleyRegisterCA looks and works very good, but the icon need some work because it looks really crappy in the retina display.
