This story takes place in November 2015. I was bored, so I decided to look at communication apps to use with friends and family. While I was exploring, I found an app called Voxofon. According to the discription, it lets you make free calls between app users and make paid calls at very competitive rates. Upon reading this, I decided to download VoxofonInternationalCalling and try it out.

Once I downloaded VoxofonInternationalCalling and asked one of my contacts to install VoxofonInternationalCalling, I decided to make my first call. The quality of the call was perfect and I never experienced an issue. At the time, my house didn’t have a strong internet connection, so it starting cutting off. Other than that, VoxofonInternationalCalling was very useful.

A month ago, I noticed something that I didn’t expect. When I tapped on the contact to make a free call, the call didn’t go through and disconnected. The only call I could make was a paid call, and that worked fine. So, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling VoxofonInternationalCalling and my phone, and no success. It made me angry, so I contacted the support team. I explained in the email that I had a strong connection while making the call and it wouldn’t go throught. After communicating withe representative, they said tghey will investigate and econtact me as soon as they have more info. A month has passed and they never contacted me whatsoever. So basically I cannot use VoxofonInternationalCalling.

I purchases 150 credits, which according to this application, should have cost $1.99. Instead, Voxofon immediately charged my credit card over $34. There was no explanation of additional fees when I made the purchase. I have asked my credit card company to dispute this charge and will personally contact the customer service to file a complaint but I am leaving this review for others who will have to experience rhe same inconvenience. If you are considering making a purchase on this application, I urge you to reconsider or at the very least check your credit/debit card statement to make sure Voxofon charged you the correct amount.

I don’t usually leave comments online! But!!!…. I think I have to now… If I can give VoxofonInternationalCalling negative star I would!!! They charged me a-lot of minutes for no answer calls, for answered calls that went to a different asian country!!! This is ridiculous app! I’ve used VoxofonInternationalCalling for so many years since didn’t even have any app to use to call my family but I haven’t used this for awhile after realizing how much they charge me for rings and calls went to a different number (other countries) !! No customer service to call and complain either!!!

VoxofonInternationalCalling is better than an international plan with my carrier! I’ve never had a problem dialing (and I’ve called over 15-20 countries by now), topping up my credits has been very straightforward, and when I was overcharged and lost some credits tech support was very helpful. Highly recommend.

FYI: if you weren’t already aware this is a VOIP caller. So it will use the data on your phone, no data = no calls. Nature of the beast.

VoxofonInternationalCalling used to be good. It was my go to but now the calls don’t even last a minute, it eats away at the credits I put on. After the recent update I have even more of an headache because now it won’t even allow me to make calls because my number isn’t verified but it won’t let me verify also what I notice about VoxofonInternationalCalling when you buy the credit and dail my number it send me to a different number then when I try hand it won’t let me then it took all my credit my ,I have had the same number for 20 years. This is absolute garbage now. I am very disappointed.

I have downloaded games to get credits to call and it says it’s complete but I never got my credits and they are not fixing the problem this is horrible if there was a option to put zero stars I will I even sent pictures that I haven’t received anything they even message you when you receive your credits and I send them Proof of where they send the messages to you were you receive the credit and it shows here that I have not received them for Board Kings don’t get that one because I would not give your credits I hope they fix the issue but if they don’t well they have a very bad review

I have used this service for many years and love it. It’s ideal if you need to call another country. The quality is perfect and the fee for use is less than using a standard phone service.

Not to mention some 100+ credits i gave up because ‘Fyber’ fooled me around, Fyber even deleted 6000+ credit waiting list I completed by playing FinalFantasy XV for 2 weeks days and nights without prompting ‘report problem’ button. And they keep telling me to hit the ‘report problem’ button to report the problem instead of writing email. Huh?? Totally scam reward system. Don’t even try 500+ credit taking task because they will never pay you.

Be aware that If you call someone and they don’t pick up the phone you still get charged for the call. I bought a $4.99 credit and it took and realized that I was being charged while the number I was calling was still ringing. That’s so dishonest.

Before it rings by the time you hang up half of the minutes are gone. It’s not worth it. Why charging one minute when you don’t talk. Why? Bunch of thieves. I hate you. You just killing poor people. Money Sucker. Hate you. No heart. Rich gets richer n poor gets poorer. It’s a law. Bunch of craps.

Seems like a problem with the international calls has been resolved. Happy to have a voxofon back!

I would give a 5 star rate but it has been months now calling to country that each time l call, it is silent after few minutes in the conversation. I have to stop and restart. I have used lots each week but now l barely use anything each week because it stopped working efficiently on me.

Cheaper than buying an international call plan from existing cellphone carrier, works easily and reliably, quality of calls is great, much better than calling cards and credits last a long time.

I thought the sound quality was OK but it could’ve been better gamma it was a little hard to understand how much the cars would cost before buying credit

Just takes too long to earn credits

VoxofonInternationalCalling works out great since I live outside the USA and Have to make calls there often. It's a whole lot cheaper than keeping my phone plane from the US.

When you call a cell phone, they record the call, then playback a recording of the call of the person repeating themselves so they can keep the call going with the minutes! It took two calls with my boyfriend to figure it out what they were doing today! I'm going to file a complaint as far as it can go. Thieves! That is so sneaky and criminal what they are doing
