Nymgo: International Calling Reviews

I’m using Nymgo since 2015 and for the past 2 month the service is very bad, the call repeating itself every 2 minutes, after 2 minutes suddenly you will hear the call from the beginning like it was recorded, i have reported the issue to them and they asked me to do a lot of test for them, however i did use 3 different Internet connection 2 is high speed leased lines and the mobile LTE, all is just the same, at the end of the test they only reply with one answer that the problem is with my ISP, for the second month I’m losing around 45min which costing me near 5$ with nothing from the support.

Don’t waste your time with Nymgo and wish apple will take action.

Fastest customer support in a matter of minutes, had a problem with recharging my account + not being able to login due to being blocked in my country, both solved with solutions proposed by the team, besides Nymgo already has very good quality international calls and cheap rates also.

It is high quality sound, I like it I use this program since 3 years, I have-never disappointed from his quality, Thank you.

this app is considered the best app in market as I tried many and all are really driving me nuts from poor and failure connections. this app for me is my saver specially when I am out in country for holiday

Nymgo crashes everytime you login and then the team has the audacity to send an email that I have not used Nymgo in 6 months and all the credits will be taken. The scamsters have taken my credits. Not recommended. Just deleting Nymgo and the team can have my credits and sort out their lives.

Issues fixed

1. Worst app for VoIP calling
2. Have very tough time connecting every call. Have to redial 4-5 times each time before call is connected. Google voice in contrast gets connected in one shot
2. Get a humming type of noise on this app- very poor voice quality

Not recommended at all !!!

It's very sad that after long time keep using Nymgo suddenly goes something wrong. When try to call somewhere the call goes somewhere else( try to call from Kuwait to Nepal) and this issue still happening. It will be great if sooner this issue fix.

Really bad product and service. The audio quality is appalling and then they wanted me to do their debugging. Then when they had to refund they threw their hands up and said they couldn’t because it was paid through Apple!

I have been using this app since 2011 and it used to be good but now it’s just worthless cause it won’t connect even when I’m connected to the internet and it will says that it seems like you’re not connected to the internet.

I’m using since 8 years. Good & cheap app for calling.

Good rates and better then all other apps

Nymgo is very poor and I don’t recommend to anyone to use it. You need to improve on the quality. You can consider revising the price in line with the quality. Very poor app.

Quality good but with headphone getting extra noice. It’s on IOS latest version. I thought after the new update it will solve but still same issues remain. So no rating or new purchase.

The worst app I have ever installed. It keep crashing on me and the calls aren’t going through. Will be able to buy credit so fast then it will get you no calls. Don’t purchase it.

There has been no update for Nymgo for a long time
So there are communication problems
Please solve all problems and update as soon as possible

I am using iphoneX and this app has continuous breaking voice when used with speaker phone.
Support team.....please fix it.

The program is one of the bests when its working.. but lately it does not work..
I call someone on my side and someone else takes the phone...
