I am a NOAA weather spotter. I have the WUSA 9 weather app on my phone and was going to submit a picture and status of the snow this morning since I live up by the mason Dixon line. I tried 4 times and every time I did a submit I got an error (all fields were filled out)/. I then looked for an email address for the Weather team and it made me select weather and then after that came up with some app that was no longer a WUSA 9 page. You are either hacked or your web developers are idiots. I see no reason to try any more since you have made it so hard to interact with your weather team using their APP. I am also no longer going to watch WUSA 9 at all since it appears you don't want real communication - only hacked social medai hype.

The very first AP that I added to my smart phone was WUSA9. I am hoping this new one will be as informative and easy to use as the old one. I want my news weather and sports for DC, Maryland, and Virginia. I will get my world news from this same site. Make me real happy and keep it simple.I have been watching W U S A News and weather since I moved here over 25 years ago yes i remember Bruce when we were both young and so many of the team. I also get my weather from Topper and his team, I gave up on the others because I demanded accurate reports and sympathize wit Topper when there’s no snow. I’m an old Vermonter and we always had snow. I will pray with you topper. I will always stick with the best. Rev. David Benway

I've been a CBS news fan for 30+ years and I've used the Channel 9 app to keep me up to date on the latest and greatest. The staff and reporters give the most accurate information!
