My app has not updated the news in over a week. No new info

Ever since doing the latest update WPSDLocal6 is worthless for me. Push alerts are current but when I open it, I get a prompt stating “Your Request Cannot Be Processed At This Time. Content Not Available” The exact same thing is happening when trying to read a story inside WPSDLocal6 . I can see the main page but am unable to read any if the stories.

If it ain't broke don't fix it. They updated this with a new app and it does not work. Nothing wrong with the old one!!!!

Can not see the news reports or watch the videos. Why did you update!!!

Just deleted this off my phone! I gave you access to send me push notifications for news updates, not to send me advertising about the St. Jude Dream home. I’d expect nothing less from a shady news station than to send out shady ads dressed up as news alerts.

I have had no news update on WPSDLocal6 since The just iPad update in September 2020 I believe it was. I’ve reported it to WPSD with no resolution. States there is no data available. I uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Can this be fixed? I miss the news casts at times and this is how I keep up.

I had to delete WPSDLocal6 before I could get the Weather on the 6’s to stop. It was driving me NUTS! There was no way to shut it off. This new update is awful. Like the old saying, if it’s not broken, don’t fix it! I downloaded again to write my review. I just wish you would have left well enough alone! 😩😩😩😩

This is typical form, my previous version worked well and was easy to navigate but let's not leave well enough alone. Let's take something that works away and release a version that does NOT work. This latest version absolutely stinks.

I open up WPSDLocal6 , but when I tap on a news story, WPSDLocal6 can’t load the story and says my request can’t be processed at this time. I’m hoping this can be resolved soon so I can continue to use WPSDLocal6 .

Clicked for push notifications for breaking news, now getting daily notifications for solicitation and drawings, sometimes more than once daily. NOT breaking news!

Doesn't allow you to view news stories once WPSDLocal6 is actually opened. Not sure why they updated it to something that doesn't even work. Switching to WestKY Star.

After updating WPSDLocal6 I was able to open and read 1 story. Now I cannot open any stories to read and I cannot get it to go to any other categories, i.e. Weather, crime, etc

New update brings a totally new look. And that's it!!! Hope you don't want to actually read the news or check out the weather. Pure junk. Best best is using West Kentucky Star

I have no news since August 7! What happened?

This is the only app I'm aware of that allows a check on local happenings. The offerings are very brief however, providing basically a headline sound bite. More information on any topic must be sought elsewhere.

Previously WPSDLocal6 was not updating itself and had news from August 7 day after day, but a recent update seems to have fixed this problem. Hopefully, there will be no further problems as I depend on WPSDLocal6 for my local news and weather.

There are several updates to the interface of WPSDLocal6 . There is now just the one definitive version - this one. I encourage those who had an issue with previous versions check it out and re-evaluate it. And if you still have issues, let them know here - they say they will work on it.

My favorite app!

Very straightforward app, that quickly gets you to the local news info I needed. Thanks for keeping it simple, yet offering a robust app!

This is the best way to keep up with the latest and experienced news team in the regions. As they always say, put on those push alerts!

Since new app, can't read but one item and then locks up. Can't change weather to my location. More national news than local news, which should not be since it is supposed to be Local 6. Overall highly disappointed and frustrated.

Use to love WPSDLocal6. With the new update, you pull up 1 story and that's it. It won't work, fix your update please.

This is a good basic app. I usually miss the news on tv so I catch up with this. Unfortunately the last entire week shows the same stories. Nothing has changed? Not sure what the problem is, but I know things have happened that should show up. Hopefully the developers will fix this issue.
