The app is playing up on my iPad. When I try and open up my songs, it shuts the app down?
The app Would not load period I had to uninstall and then reinstall the app. Now I can't sign in and I can't change my password.

Every so often a song stalls while loading in online. Have to shut down or reboot to work. Any suggestions. Love the tunes available. Thanks for the high quality.
I am using an iPad 3 for Karafun pro and occasionally, a song just will not play. Sometimes when this happens, I reload the program and it works. Sometimes it doesn't.
im downloading the catalogue onto my windows 10 laptop, it keeps stopping downloading them every coulpe of hours. my internet is 80mbps and working so i think its their site maybe.

can not load songs into background music box
My karafun keeps going to default audio and sending the music back to my laptop instead of my speakers. This is very annoying and has actually lost me business with my karaoke. The app is also freezing on occasions too. Do you have any ideas?
I have been trying to be able to read my own cdg files from a cd into Karafun with no success. Any advice on how to load them and then be able to read them? they told me to purchase a pro version and I did but no help online explains how to read..... thx, Theresa
Karafun android 5.8 1 hangs occasionally when starting songs. Happens on two different tablets, one is a brand new Samsung Gslaxy Tab A8 model sm-x200 running Android 11
Just subscribed to your app and after an hour it freezes and can't reload, even after reboot... Is there a fix..?
