IOS 15.5 on an iPhone XR. App crashes immediately. Airplane mode helps. It is clearly getting something from the server that isn’t being handled. Warning. These crashes are a sign that the app can be compromised. Bad inputs should always be handled gracefully. The app is unusable. I’ve rebooted and no change.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Menards app issues:

Force Stop the Menards App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Menards app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Menards to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Menards App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Menards app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Menards.

Fix Menards unable to contact server/ Menards internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Menards » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Menards » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Menards on android.
