Has to be the most third world app I have tried to use. After setting up an account , filling in all my personal information, picking a car, filling out my credit card information. I find LocalizaRentACar too stupid to accept my billing address for the credit card. I hope that someone who writes their app software is smart enough to understand. Not all countries use the same address format. And when you tell them what country you are from it will accept your address

Os mentecaptos que elaboraram o app não permitem filtrar por categoria de veiculo, funciona propositalmente mal se vc não habilita o gps, cazzo deixem o usuário usar sem habilitar o gps que pensamento obtuso. Coisa de funcionários que envergonham o nome das próprias famílias de tanto amadorismo.
I tried to use LocalizaRentACar to rent a car for the first time and it keeps denying my credit card, the same one I’ve been using with no problems all my vacation. What a waste of the short vacation time I have. I regret every second I lost trying to make something obviously built in a very amateur way to work.

Estou impossibilitado de cadastrar meu cartão de crédito (e usufruir dos descontos do aplicativo) pois meu nome completo não cabe no campo “nome completo” do cadastro do cartão (há um limite de caracteres). Também não posso cadastrar e usar o cartão de um parente com um nome completo mais curto, pois o aplicativo não aceita um cartão de uma pessoa diferente. Se não posso pagar com cartão pelo aplicativo, o aplicativo de nada me serve. Por favor, verifiquem e ajustem este problema. Obrigado!

Não perca seu tempo fazendo download desta aplicação. Ela simplesmente não funciona.
Sempre que reservo tenho dificuldades para acessar detalhes da reserva. Já ocorreu de tentar cancelar uma reserva e o aplicativo retornar com ela, como seu eu não tivesse cancelado. Pra piorar a reserva feita no aplicativo não pode ser modificada ou cancelada na central de atendimento ou na loja. Nem mesmo é possível modificar pelo site.
