App stopped working

What happened? I hadn't updated for awhile -- updated on Nov. 20 for my ipad 2 and AnytunePro no longer works. This is too much money to pay for a non-working app -- please help me to fix this. I love AnytunePro , but it now just freezes on the splash screen. When it worked, this was a 5 star app for me -- unfortunately, if this isn't fixed I'll go back to the competition..update Feb. 18...AnytunePro has been working flawlessly after I updated my system. It is an excellent tool.

Its kinda hard to use... And frankly a tad bit ugly looking... :/

It was the best music app ever!!! But now the pinpoint instrument thing is hard to use and so is audio marking which actually doesn't loop sometimes and that's frustrating... Its harder to find exactly where to put it and the ones you had before the update are late or early... The "tunes" section wont let me scroll without almost instantly going back to the song i was listening to. When you open an mp3 to AnytunePro you HAVE to use the tunes section so it's very frustrating. Also AnytunePro is not as sleek looking as before... I can't wait for the next update though because I use AnytunePro for my music instead of the official music app so this NEEDS an update soon.

Ok for the price.

If you transcribe only occasionally or you only need it to slow down to not more than about 80% of normal speed then you may find it useful. However if you need slower speed than that then sound quality in Anytune is seriously affected - warbled and choppy. To the point when picking individual notes by ear becomes iffy. By comparison app like Capo does not suffer such sound quality degradation - you can easily go to 50% of original speed without much of a flutter or warble. Also Anytune seems to add some artifacts (extra notes) to the phrase that is looped. There some nice touches to interface in Anytune eg inserting short pause before looping again and I am looking forward to improvement in sound quality but for now I will stick with Capo.

Awesomeness!!!!!!

I have nothing but praise for AnytunePro! Not once has it crashed on me or given me any kind of hassle. There is only one upgrade I would suggest. I use GarageBand a lot and being able to export to GarageBand would be so awesome! I like taking instrumentals and recording my vocals on them and this added feature would be once again, awesome!

Invaluable Practice Tool

I've been using AnytunePro for over two years now. It has been incredibly useful from the start. It's not just being about to adjust tempo and key that are nice, but the ability to mark any place in the song, then go to the mark, or loop between marks, etc.

With the newest version it is easier than ever to find a spot in the music (just drag the waveform back and forth), precisely position a mark (just drag it around), and there's now extensive online help. I haven't even touched some of the advanced features. I even appreciate the way it rotates completely on the screen so that I can put my iPhone 5 upside down on the music stand with the headphone cord going up and over the stand.

Well done!

Excellent app for practice

Excellent for slowing down the tune or changing key.

Really like the new (to me) features of exporting modified song (in app purchase of $5) and removing vocal (assume by inverting one track were vocal is on "center channel").

I enjoy using AnytunePro vs its competitors.

Great

Excellent app for the price, great interface, very good sound even at very slow speeds. Bought this to replace the Amazing Slowdowner which no longer works with intel only osx. AnytunePro is better and i can use it on the iPad while inserting notes in Sibelius 5 on the MacBook Pro.

Incredible Update for an Incredible App

They had a great app before, though there were some things I still wished it could do. With the last two updates, it can do all of that and more. This is one of the best updated apps I've seen -- and they keep making it better. I should probably buy stock in this company...! Wow.

Really Great App!

Great app and works exactly as advertised. Ive used several other apps that also worked but not as simply and easy as this one. Even makes the sound system in my car sound better! But why does the icon have the red banner with the number 15 in it like I have unread emails or messages? I have tried everything I could think of to make it go away and nothing has worked. I have an iPhone 4S.

most useful musician app ever

AnytunePro is worth every cent for all musicians. I use it to teach myself how to play songs by ear on guitar, to transcribe recorded music like Ella Fitzgerald's improvised scatting. A professional musician introduced me to this very useful app.

Very easy & intuitive user interface. I import songs into AnytunePro , and I slow it down, make loops to practice, change keys. AnytunePro is essential for learning music in an efficient way. For songs that I never thought I could play/ sing, now I use AnytunePro to slow it down, to divide into manageable loops, to change key. If you have a decent ear for music, AnytunePro will help you learn any song by ear.

Very useful

I use Anytune pro all the time to learn new tunes or practice ones I already know. Super helpful with the slow down feature and the ability to change keys plus isolate parts for practice. Sound quality is very good also. I probably don’t use all the features it has but I am very impressed with what I do use it for.

Johnathan howell

I cant figure out how to add songs from my library

Incredible app

Killer app! Slows the song without a change in pitch.

Updated to this version now nothing works.

Update to new version, now haywire. Discovered Anytune works ONLY in dark mode, regular mode is quirky.

Awesome app!!

This is a simple review, but AnytunePro rocks (pun intended)! The many features in how to adjust tracks is near-limitless and the gain feature can truly bring your sound to 11.

Guitar Trainer

I used to use a Tascam guitar/bass trainer religiously. I thought this tool was great at the time. Wore the 1st one out & bought a new version for $170. They made the new updated one cheap & took out a few great features. I loved this portable device. Plug in the guitar to headphones, slow solos down, learn songs quickly & no excuses not to practice and learn ANYWHERE! I then came across AnytunePro by accident one day. IT BLEW ME AWAY. It does so much more then what I had. The sound quality at slow speeds wasn't as warbly and actually very clear. I laughed because the slowest setting of .05 is sick. The slowest others have is .50. This is the best app every and the cost is so worth it. I use this everyday and am still learning new functions. And I gave my new Tascam to a friend. Don't think AnytunePro can be topped. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!
