How do you make a budget app and don’t have a semi monthly recurrence. It’s cool that you have an every 2-weeks, but what about the months with 5 weeks....?! I can’t remember if I spent for this. I hope it’s a free app cause it’s useless without a recurrence the way 90% of people get paid.
Downloaded this today, and it does not work. I tap on the icon, the splash screen appears, and BalanceGuide closes. I want a refund!
As I used it found a big problem. The forecasts are only based on individual account. That is useless. Below is what I wrote before I realized that.

This is not a accounting app. It's let's you track your primary expenses and then update using bank balance. Reduces my workload.
Is only missing multi currency!!!
Gave 5 start in hope he will continue adding nice features, but in reality I should put 4 because missing multi currency.
It would be great to manually be able to change the transaction amounts in the forecasting. Also a way to possibly clear out what has and what has not been paid yet
Nice visual representations to follow your budget, but UI should keep all screens vertical. Also not sure when I would use the social media stuff. Overall,useful tracking app
I like the forecast feature. I don't know why more app's don't have it, is good for us people that live paycheck to paycheck.. But is missing the bimonthly option for income and expenses and the ability to import.
Lots of different data visualizations, while still remaining simple and straightforward. Recommended.
Perfect app and good displays .. would be fantastic if :
1) When changing individual dates and amounts for reoccurring transactions .. it should simply ask if I would like to change “only this transaction” or would I like to “change all future transactions”
2) I would prefer BalanceGuide giving me a notification before assuming that the planned transaction is overdue or “ended” as BalanceGuide calls it, when the due date passes .. most transactions “even though planned” would for sure face a few days slippage or so !
3) it should give the option of making part of the payment in some cases .. I believe it’s called “split” in other apps.. for example if I’m setting a monthly expenditure “budget” for fuel of say $50 .. I should be able to pay $10 and it should give me the option of pushing back $40 to later that month
If you do the above .. I believe we will have the best all rounded app !
App is great especially with the graphs! There is just one bug that needs fixing -- when you sent the date it chooses the day after. For instance you choose July 16 in the date chooser and it automatically shows July 17. Fix it and BalanceGuide will be five stars for me!
BalanceGuide does just what I was looking for - track and forecast balance in an account. Unfortunately it doesn't sync between installs (unless you backup / restore). I would love if that feature was added - that would allow my wife and I to instantly view our financial status!
This is a great app, the only thing I wish it had was a feature that would allow you to enter the transactions manually instead of automatically and also allow you to change the amount if different without changing the original amount entered when the transaction was originally created. Otherwise, really useful app but I hope they add this feature as soon as possible.
Let's you look ahead to see what will happen with your balance if you buy this or that. An awesome tool!
I love the interface. Everything is clear and concise, especially with the tutorial. Definitely worth a try for the price. A keeper for me.
I now use BalanceGuide daily to track my account. The onboarding tutorial was extremely helpful for getting familiar with BalanceGuide . The charts are gorgeous!
I really like the appearance of how my upcoming deposits and bills show in Forecast Screen. It is very easy to edit or delete entries as well.
Easy to use and great forecasting tools. Within about 30 minutes I had all of my recurring income and bills entered in. After that, it is as simple as typing in your account balance on any given day and you can then easily see your financial forecast.
This is an awesome app, I love how I can transfer between accounts n they all sync with each other. I don't have to go to my checking & record what I want to save and then go my savings and put it in there as well. I would give it 10 stars if I could. :-}
Except it's even BETTER because the payments repeat automatically and the forecast goes on forever. Love it!
