I have bought all the content in the past, and now they have changed the payment method to be either annually, or for life. I can still access most of the content I paid for, but three songs are blocked (they were actually the songs that came with LottieDottieChickenOfficial as a free sample before). It makes no sense to me that I should pay again almost US$25 to be able to watch these 3 songs, since I have paid for all the packages already!! Worse thing is that one of them is my son’s favorite song. It’s ok to charge differently for the people who are downloading LottieDottieChickenOfficial only now, but a shame to block content that was bought already from previous customers. Fix this!!

The free app is okay but the ease to have your child purchase LottieDottieChickenOfficial for $15 is way too easy and frequent. I would rate LottieDottieChickenOfficial as a scam!

Purchased that app on my phone for my kids. I recently bought phones for both to be able to use as iPods because Apple stop selling them. However I tried to restore the purchase but it doesn’t come up under family sharing on Apple App Store and I am unable to restore my purchase from LottieDottieChickenOfficial also. I bought the lifetime subscription.

My son likes LottieDottieChickenOfficial but he can only use in his iPad because it doesn't allow family sharing. So for him to watch on the Apple TV that uses my Apple ID I have to purchase it again. The same happens on my iPhone.

If you buy paid content on one device you can’t use it on the other so if you have a iPhone and iPad you have to pay for everything twice and it’s expensive.

Paid for all the songs in português but when I did the update they disappeared and now it’s only giving me options for english. I wanted my kids to be able to have the multiple languages!

It’s too expensive for not allowing family sharing. If you have 3 kids you have to buy it 3 times. Disappointed

It does not recall my login information, it won’t let me download anything. No customer support either.

The pollito amarillito does not work. Only one song works. Confusing directions.

What is this it only gives me 1 video from Galinha pitadinha 1 2 3 and 4 it supposed to give me 6 not 1

I lost all my videos when i got LottieDottieChickenOfficial updated. I can't restore all my purchases. 15 dollars wasted

Everytime that updates all the data are erased and you have to manually download it

previously in the application I could access the songs of the different languages, I had bought the songs in Portuguese, Spanish and English but now I don't know how to access them now only show me the songs in English

My daughter loves it, but we have to download all the purchases every once in a while and sometimes we don't have internet connection while most needed (say an airplane) that's frustrating, specially when you have paid for that content.

Is there a version without in-app purchases that could possibly be purchased at the ‘full’ lifetime price. We’d like to use in our early childhood classrooms but in-app purchases are not supported when deploying through Apple VPP so currently LottieDottieChickenOfficial is a no go for us. Please consider as it would be deployed to several iPads. 5 stars for the in-app free version.

This is a really cool app! My daughter loves the Galinha Pintadinha. However, LottieDottieChickenOfficial this to be updated, I hope to see soon the new videos for the Galinha Pintadinha 4.

We used LottieDottieChickenOfficial and purchased all 4 pages of Portuguese songs about 2 years ago. The old ipad broke. We got a new ipad and the new app version no longer has portuguese songs, has 3 “collection” and cannot restore our purchases.

Update: changing language settings brings back the songs we bought and all 4 collections. I updated my stat rating. Kids love LottieDottieChickenOfficial !
