I have used PasswordManageriPassSafe for years to store all my passwords with no problems. About 2 weeks ago I opened PasswordManageriPassSafe to get a password and everything was gone. Contacted support by email and never heard a thing from them. Spent an entire day trying to remember and or reset all the accounts I could remember. I just tried to get another password for an account and guess what, everything is gone again.
UPDATE- Now about every Two to three days everything disappears. Still no word from support (emailed almost a month ago). Time to look for a new app for passwords.

UPDATE: new update to PasswordManageriPassSafe deleted almost 800 of my precious photos that I was saving until I recovered from surgery to get prints made. Looking for a better way to do the same things PasswordManageriPassSafe offers but not with this company. I’d never recommend again.

Someone shared with me the importance of having a place to keep all information handy yet secure. PasswordManageriPassSafe is perfect. Cost was irrelevant. I don't use it to get direct website access as it's just easier to do it myself than to take time to open app and locate information. Best feature is the photo album(s). Your photos can be deleted from camera roll but are still available within PasswordManageriPassSafe . Keep special ones within app for fast access.

I have used PasswordManageriPassSafe for several years and was very happy with it but this past year I have had PasswordManageriPassSafe delete all my passwords. I reentered them and again within a month it deleted all my passwords again. I have tried one more time to renter my passwords and now when I open up app and go to a category to get a password it will not stay open to see or do anything with the passwords. Truly disappointing. I can no longer count on PasswordManageriPassSafe and would advise everyone to look elsewhere. No support and no fixes.

I have had the free version of this for years. Loved it. However 2 months ago it started closing the individual pages right after opening so I can’t access my pw. I downloaded the file of info and purchased the “upgraded” version to upload my data into and the same thing happens.

I have over 100 pw stored and I cannot access any of them and to make matters worse, I have tried to contact support multiple times and I get NO response.

So frustrating.

I used to tell all my friends & co workers about how awesome PasswordManageriPassSafe was. I had it for over 4 years. NOT ANYMORE!!! Three times I have LOST all my passwords, credit card information, and some other things. Apparently, it doesn’t automatically backup to iCloud. The first time I lost everything was when I upgraded from iOS 14 to iOS 15 (sometime in February). Then I did a couple of updates within iOS 15 and twice I lost all my passwords for a second and third time. The developer never returned my emails or any messages. Looking around now for something new.

I’ve been using iPass for several years. I stored every password I needed on here. Had I rated PasswordManageriPassSafe last week I would have given it 5 stars. It’s been a great app up until today. However, today when I tried to open PasswordManageriPassSafe , the Face ID didn’t work nor did my passcode. I realized it had reset the passcode to the default of 0000. Everything is gone. Websites, bank info, notes, ID into, every piece of information I put in PasswordManageriPassSafe is gone. I’m in shock. Not really sure what to do. I checked PasswordManageriPassSafe developer page for help but don’t see anything to help recover my information. Guess I’ll be resetting passwords forever but I sure won’t be saving them on PasswordManageriPassSafe again.

I’ve had PasswordManageriPassSafe for years and it has always been reliable for me until now. I’m not sure what’s going on but twice now when I open PasswordManageriPassSafe all my saved info is gone and PasswordManageriPassSafe acts like I’ve never used it before. The first time this happened about two weeks ago so I retrieved what passwords I could from my phone settings and put what I could back in PasswordManageriPassSafe …this took a long time to do. So I have everything back saved and needed to get a password today and once again all my info is just gone and I had to start over like a new user. This is so inconvenient and time consuming and I wish whatever the issue is that’s causing PasswordManageriPassSafe to delete everything would be fixed! I just went back through and saved all my info again but I’m not very confident at this point that this won’t happen again. PasswordManageriPassSafe was so much better than any others I had tried so I wish I could recommend it but I can’t until this issue is fixed. If by some miracle someone reads this and can fix it I will update my review.

I’ve been using PasswordManageriPassSafe for years and loved it! It was perfect…then someone decided to “fix it” and now it’s almost (is) unusable! First, when you click on a login item to check it out, PasswordManageriPassSafe closes the item automatically in half-a-second…so fast I can’t even read it. (2) I like to alphabetize my entries, and it used to do that. Now the lettered tabs are gone, and when I do alphabetize, it automatically reverts back to what ever sort (almost random) it wants to. (3). I’ve tried to write the help desk multiple times but PasswordManageriPassSafe doesn’t seem to actually be sending the trouble ticket, but just does nothing or freezes up. (4). This has been a minor, but ongoing issue for years. You used to be able to customize your icons for different groups, and it still offers that. However, whenever I do set up a custom icon, it never sticks…just goes back to the default. Not a big deal, but still…. Bottom line, until they fix the “automatic” close on items and the alphabetizing issues, I can’t use this!!! PLEASE FIX!! Once fixed….I’ll give it a 5 star.

I purchased both the iPad and Mac versions of this software. Of the two the iPad version is less buggy and has more features. I like the overall format of inputing and storing your password and other information. But on the MAC version setup settings and syncing are totally missing. After inputing all the informaton you're left with, “What do I do now?.” When I went to save the work the save command did not work. Also, I did the install of the print command. Again, this did not work! In the end I just closed the application down “hoping” it would save a file to my DropBox account. At one point PasswordManageriPassSafe did not save to the Dropbox account and I spents hours rummaging through my Mac files and finally found a backup version.

As to transfering data between and MAC and iPad the process is a nightmare. You literally have to go into the iPad version in their sync command to do a two to three step process of transfering files. This is not what I expect from an Apple promoted App on either the MAC or iPad.

I gave it a three star rating because the user interface for inputing information is great! That said I felt that I purchased a very buggy beta version software that still requires a significant about of work to make it a five star application.

I am hopeful this will happen in future updates on both the MAC and iPad.

I don’t open PasswordManageriPassSafe every day. Only when I need it. And it’s been awesome!! Until today- All of a sudden, I was asked to enter a new passcode, I did. And and PasswordManageriPassSafe opened for me, EVERYTHING was gone. I haven’t been able to recover anything and am not sure what to do from here….. sent a request/message support through the website. Guess I’ll have to go back to keeping a note book!

PasswordManageriPassSafe has an easy to use interface and provides a lot of options, however, there are limited field notes, three, so if you like saving notes as I do, you’ll be limited. I love the Touch ID and now they finally alphabetized the website list, though if I change the order, it should remember my last view. Otherwise, no serious glitches or poor performance. It works perfectly on my IOS 11.2. I don’t like the auto save pop up frequency, but I guess that’s better than not popping up at all.

After two years, I thought my passwords were safe. No problems at all. Now with the latest update, all my passwords are gone. Almost 200 of them. It didn’t even keep my login to PasswordManageriPassSafe . Very disappointed and have no idea how I’m going to get my passwords back. Very frustrating.

PasswordManageriPassSafe provides easy to organize my many log ins. Have not been able to get it to recognize web sites for which i already have a log-in and automatically populate the log in info like Norton Internet Security does... That would be my only suggestion.

Great app. I have been using it for a long time already and I use it everyday and still love it. No limit for an unlock number password, great interface, you can protect and customize your passwords categories and create new ones, you can have encrypted pictures, from Safari you can ask PasswordManageriPassSafe to fill your password in a very simple step. I was testing the security and features of many apps before buy one and what I like from this one is that all the information is safe in a single encrypted file with a hard encryption methods.

I have been using PasswordManageriPassSafe for approx 1-2 years and I’ve never had any problems with. One password app I had completed shut down, no longer in business and I thought it was saving my info just in case the unthinkable happens like, them shutting down forever!

This password app always ask/reminds you to save and each time I double click to go from one screen to another especially if I forget my password, it locks me out. This may sound annoying but all in all it’s a safe way of securing all of my passwords. PasswordManageriPassSafe has never failed me.

I've only had PasswordManageriPassSafe for a few days and already pestering to rate it (5 stars). I may give it five stars after I've used it for a period of time. I give it 4 1/2 only because I haven't had a chance to road test it for very long. That said, so far so good. No surprises and performs as anticipated. Does the job cleanly, simple, no frills. Does what it is intended to do and so far appears to do it really well.

Having all of your passwords, user names and account numbers in a secure place is a tremendous relief. My recommendation is one hard copy, in case your computer or IPad fails, and one digital copy. PasswordManageriPassSafe meets all of your digital needs. If you find yourself unable to open a page to get password etc. you need to go to "edit" on the top right of the page and your info will open. Great app. Very helpful and useful. Often I use the info contained in it to order items on-line when I'm not near to my wallet with the actual credit card in it.

Suggestion: I would love it if you guys can come up with a two factor authentication system to incorporate within iPassSafe. Even if this is a new feature that I need to pay for I would gladly do so because I simply do not trust the privacy policy of many of the available providers of this function.

Excellent. Synchronization between devices does cause some concern to assure not losing entries from those devices, but limiting entries to a primary device helps assure stability. Otherwise, what a great tool! Makes my life so much easier. I nearly always have the information available on whatever mobile device I’m using at any given time.

I have used iPassSafe for about 3 years without any problems (Except for losing all my passwords with this upgrade). The upgraded iPassSafe has many new features (alphabetical order and ability to print out your passwords).
