App shuts down or poof goes away after I try to make a call?

I just added money to my SpoofCard account and I can’t get any messages or calls to go through. Fix it or refund my money.

I have been a member of spoof card for years. Yesterday I tried to make calls and it didn't work. It freezes on the screen which says your screen may go black.
