It won’t open unless your location is on, that is useless!!

The app won’t open, why? Fix this issue and you will have more satisfied users and more people using your app.
I’ve had it on my phone since I bought an iPhone (many years ago). I’m so frustrated that I’ve deleted the app all together.
Fix the issue and I’ll be back!!!!
Can’t get download to open

I had this app on my phone and now I can’t get it to open. It showed to download but when I try to open it the app will not open. I downloaded it again and it is doing the same thing. I really would like to have this app because I live in Harlan county and I like knowing what is going on in eastern Kentucky

I used this app daily for news and announcements but it won’t even open now unless I have location services enabled. Sorry-I’m not gonna keep my location services on to get news. I’ll get it somewhere else 😑
