Doesn't work

Just installed it again after not using it for a few years. I entered my identifiant and password, and it showed my account numbers.
But that's as far as I can get before the app crashes. Every time. And it can't be a cache issue because I just freshly installed it.
And it doesn't remember my identifiant either, which is a random 10 digit number that I don't know by heart, so that's pretty inconvenient.
A few years ago I was thinking boy, LCL is way behind compared to American Banking apps like Bank of America. It's now 2018 and it's only gotten worse.

I can not speak french and I want to use english. The app has not english language although the developer said it contains french and english. I hop to use it by english. Please add the english to the app
