Tried once again with a fresh install. Chose no for notifications and didn’t turn on location services. Got ad, but news NEVER shows. Icon just spins.

Opened this morning, as I do most mornings, and it completely crashed my iphoneX- turning it off. Opened a second time, same thing. Deleting and getting some other local app.
