My account was cancelled. I made the payment on January 15, 2025. You need to reinstate my account. I been a customer for over 40 years. I'm upset. I did not get Sunday, January 18th paper. Also, your customer service number on statement and hours of operation is incorrect when dialed.
In my online subscription, the "face" of the newspaper has changed about 3 times in 2025. It's maddening to try to find the continuation of a story. I'm swiping up and down, left and right. Comics appear on different pages and inconsistently. Today, 11/18/25, I did not see in the Comics section Beetle Bailey, Blondie and Peanuts. I INSIST ON AN ANSWER ON HOW I CAN VIEW THOSE COMICS FOR THIS DAY! Also, I was unable to find the "Special" for Veterans' Day, after searching at length! Very much displeased, Roland Schaedig
I've been trying to link 2 of my children to my Jackson Citizen account. Every time I enter their email address and password I get an error message, saying the account already exists. I don't know how to link the accounts to complete the process

I’m officially deleting the app and I’m kind of sad. Here’s why. The previous version, with the swiping articles across the top, was terrible. To be a statewide news source, there were hardly any articles and you couldn’t tell the difference between statewide and local. And it pretty much consisted of all sports stories. I really only opened it when I was utterly bored.
Fast forward to your new version. I got excited the first time I used it, just so much better look and feel and more content that had more variety, to just sports. And then it happened. I clicked NEWS in the menu along the left and began to scroll. 2, 3, 4 stories down and it rolls quickly back to the top. I guessing it’s refreshing, but seriously? I can’t get further than 5 stories down and normally a lot less. I’m done. Dee. Leet.

If I access a story from a notification, read the story, and then exit the story without leaving the app, the entire app freezes. This is the number 1 issue I’ve had since downloading the app.
Sometimes when I open an article, it opens zoomed in and reverts to the zoomed in state when I attempt to zoom out to view the whole article without having to scroll side to side. I’ve had to close the app and reopen it to resolve, which is also a problem because in some cases I haven’t been able to find the article once I do so.
While some of the other issues I’ve had have been fixed, this app has always been buggy and inconsistent.

I used to utilize Mlive for local news almost every day. Over the last few months almost all of the news articles of interest are now behind a paywall and I rarely open the app. Apparently ad revenue isn’t enough. What’s interesting though is how almost none of the sports articles are behind the paywall (which also aren’t news but are always on the news page), but almost all of the COVID articles are now behind a paywall. It’s almost like they’re trying to cash in on the pandemic or something hmmm.
