KFYR TV First Warn Weather Reviews

No good

Unsure of what has happened since the update, but I’ve used KFYRTVFirstWarnWeather since I worked for Verizon years and years ago. Since the update now I’m getting an error that KFYRTVFirstWarnWeather isn’t available in my current location. I’ll go back to 4/5 stars once that gets fixed. It’s usually been amazing, even out of state in Vegas.

Too many pop ups

I cannot get sound on the most important weather alerts.

Ever since the update I get an error stating this application isn’t available for your area. I have had KFYRTVFirstWarnWeather for 3 years. It also takes forever to load now. If I can open it without errors I’m inundated with ads!

Great app but recently you added advertising videos that is annoying and I can’t exit out on it cause the little x is too far up and to the left I can’t get out of ad ( ad for a game) ( iPhone 12)

Used to be good but now super slow, sometimes won’t even open.

The pop up ads need to stop. I didn’t come to KFYRTVFirstWarnWeather to watch ads.

Great app if you can get it to open!

Good app however notifications sounds that says announce isn’t announce it’s a NBC tone. That’s wrong and needs to have the proper sound of a voice that says all of the weather notifications. If you think that the NBC tone is a announce then you need to go back to school.

You know I really wish KFYRTVFirstWarnWeather Ive used for two years would tell me when it’s gunna rain before it does and not after

It’s a great app but takes forever to load used to be much faster!

Please stop with the non-news notifications! If I wanted twitter type updates throughout my day, I’d subscribe to your handle. I don’t mind being woken up or alerted to need-to-know items, like actual warnings and ‘heavy rain’ or ‘lightening in your area.’
‘Warmer today - cooler tomorrow’ ‘autumn starts Saturday’ and ‘COLD Friday morning’ are not need-to-know news items...

I've tried almost every other weather app out there and they were all pretty hit-or-miss. KFYRTVFirstWarnWeather is awesome. It's the only weather app you'll ever need.

KFYRTVFirstWarnWeather is so helpful! I love it because I can stay updated even though I don't have cable!

I heard Kevin talking about it tonight so I had to get it right away so see how it worked. Have to say it is greatness! Goodbye weatherbug, hello kfyr wx!!

Thing just crashes since the update.

KFYRTVFirstWarnWeather is great, but I wish you could set the opacity and the loop speed. Other than that, it's great.

It's surprising that an app this good is based off a TV station in ND.
