  Freezes and won’t connect

  Many times this app has frozen (won’t open past the home screen), won’t open (says turn on Wi-Fi - Wi-Fi is on and everything else works perfectly). Very frustrating. This happened on my old iPhone and now with my I have new up to date iPhone. I love using weatherunderground. It’s much more up to date and doesn’t crash or freeze. I have uninstalled and reinstalled more than 20 times during the last year in order to check the weather during a storm when it is “frozen”. If it wasn’t for the times this does work, and the school cancellations, I would ditch this app.

  Does it still work?

  No seriously, does it? I’ve had it load for me twice in the past four weeks, and I check the weather every day. They used to give me the most reliable up-to-date weather for any local area, and their weather maps were the best out there. I miss them terribly, but one of these days I’m going to stop checking to see if it will work for me.

  Hate the changes

  I used to love this app. Now I use a different one. A change was made and now all it says when you click on the shaded area is “special weather statement”. That does not tell me enough information. It used to say things like “tornado watch” or “severe thunderstorm warning” which is actually useful. So disappointed in this app.

  Play button gone

  Ever since the most recent update, the play button on my radar is gone. KCRG is the only radar I have currently, so this bug is going to force me to use other apps.

  Not a Fan

  Not sure who thought scrolling through multiple screens worth of info to find what I’m looking for was a good idea! And the map on the main screen is now < 25% of the visible screen! These most recent changes are not good, and after years of using this app, I may look for a replacement. 😕

  Toggles are not working

  I have turned off the lightning and precipitation notifications via settings in the app but still receive those notifications...all the time. I turned these off months ago and the problem still persists.

  Good App

  I like the app but where is the play button to loop the radar. I liked being able to see what direction the storm is moving.

  Takes forever to load

  Don’t know if it’s just me but every time they make a change it takes longer time load. I can’t wait for several minutes for a weather app to load. It’s great once it loads.

  Too many errors

  Network errors, missing data, app freezes. Just not reliable.

  I love the new update- it actually works flawlessly & I can play the videos now. Awesome app.

  Radar doesn’t work correctly

  Ever since the new update my radar doesn’t work. There are time when nothing shows on radar but then I go to a different weather app and it will show cells in our area. Used to be my go to app but can’t trust it any longer

  Sooner or later you'll have to implement this, right? Otherwise does what it says.

  Annoying

  Every time this app is updated it works worse than the time before. Now it freezes so often that I’m probably going to just unload it and find another app. This is becoming way to annoying.

  Worst Update Ever!

  Wish I could uninstall this latest update! It’s horrible. Freezes up constantly! Absolutely hate the new radar and the past + future buttons. The old radar was great! Loved it. This is junk! Hopefully you guys redo this soon!

  This is maybe the worst app I have. It constantly freezes up, many times after you wait through all of the commercials to play first.
