I have a problem with SXSW

- Have to scroll back to the top when changing days in the day-by-day schedule

- Could use more filters, such as for theatre locations

- App is useless for planning experience due to various issues, including slow performance and RSVP not working

- Difficult to create a calendar around interested events and track events at a venue

- No easy and simple way to share schedules with others without connecting to Facebook or physically showing it

- Burns through cellular data quickly

- Confusing menu items and content organization

- App is buggy and doesn't properly sync favorites or scale for growth of content

To resolve SXSW network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the SXSW App
1. On android, goto Settings » SXSW » click [Force Stop]

Clear SXSW App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SXSW » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SXSW.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SXSW » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SXSW » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SXSW
