At the end of a very long recording, I tried to add another thought and Philipsvoicerecorder ERASED the earlier 30 minutes of work and replaced it with my 5 second final thought. No way to get it back.

Lately Philipsvoicerecorder is "losing" my dictation if I pause for more than a few minutes. It MAY appear again days later. Or may not. Sent a trouble ticket to Phillips 2 days ago. No word.

If you are recording important information you could lose it all for some bug in Philipsvoicerecorder . I record a lot and i have lost around 3 important recorders. Yes i had to lose 3 records in order to realize the bug in Philipsvoicerecorder .

DON’T trust this garbage app especially if you are recording through Express feature, you will miss many files and you will not them because Philipsvoicerecorder will not save them!

Philipsvoicerecorder is slow buggy and takes takes so long to load. It will not record consistently. It needs to have bug fixes. Philips has been notoriously slow in catching up with new iOS releases.

This is a great program, which turns my iPhone 6 into a seamless dictation device. Files are easily transmitted to the dictation hub, and end up on my legal assistant's computer as both text and clear voice files for easy transcription. My only complaint is that occasionally, the program locks up. The good news is that when that happens, all I have to do is power-down and restart the iPhone, and i'm back in business.
