I was locked out of my account in the middle of a conversation I was having, where I was trying to make a very urgent and important purchase of a laptop. I had to message their support team, and several hours later they replied and said they’ve noticed I was sending repetitive messages so they needed to block my account. First of all, I have been messaging people selling computers. Of course I am going to send these people similar messages, because I have the same questions about the item they are selling! They also said they’ve received complaints about my message, which is funny because I’ve only sent like 5 or 6 and I didn’t even get a response from most of the sellers. So, in conclusion I was blocked for a really stupid reason. They have unblocked my account, but it will likely be blocked again since I am “sending repetitive messages to [their] users.”

This application does not work for Americans. As Avito Representative explain me in email answer: this app developed exclusively and ONLY for russian customers who physically located inside Russian Federation. Example, you need confirm your phone on registration step, and the number must be only with suffix +7(***). This is ridiculous. Does Apple explain to russians that this is US AppStore? Why you place you application in US store if app doesn’t fit US market policies?
