NO SUPPORT AT ALL

Been using for over 4 yrs One day was forced to change my password in order to continue using and everything was gone. No help from dev despite numerous attempts to contact thru support. Your support page info doesn’t help me. I have my password. I have my IDB file. I made my backups all along. It’s there just can’t access it now. It’s a great concept but doesn’t seem to work when you need it. All you people who think it’s great now you just wait it will happen to you eventually. My advice is to keep a hard copy backup of all your passwords in a notebook. Kinda defeats the purpose I know.
IPass refuse to stay open for the set time interval

Because iPass ignores the time interval that I set for it to stay open, it os extremely difficult to impossibls to efficiently edit items that are stored on the iPhone app.
You cannot protect against every risks. If the customer has assumed the risk of iPass staying open for a specific interval of time, it should not close until that time interval has expired, no matter what else the customer is doing on his iPhone, such as going to another app to cut and paste information from that app to iPass.
I can’t believe that you use your own app, iPass, and haven’t been similarly frustrated and infuriated by this flaw. Either simply remove the ability to set a time interval during which iPass eill remain open or have iPass honor the set time interval.

Up until the IOS 15 upgrade I would have given this app 5 stars. But, IOS 15 wiped this app out!! Literally, after IOS 15 the app behaves like I just Installed it with zero passwords, photos etc. ALL of my personal and business passwords, over 200, are gone as well as ALL the irreplaceable photos in the photo bank. I have sent 4 emails to support asking for help without response. I also purchased a recovery program and went to a professional data recovery company; neither could recover the missing passwords and photos. It appears the company has abandoned this app!! So my advice, learned from sad experience, is to stay away from, in fact run from, this app!!
