Forest River RV Forums Reviews

I have posed many maintenance questions and have received great responses that enabled me to confidently resolve the issues. This forum is an invaluable resource in helping one to maintain his/her RV. While it saves one the cost of labor$$$, it also allows one to eliminate the wait to schedule the repair. That to me is the most valuable benefit. One can use the RV during camping season without having it tied up in the repair shop.

Wealth of information for RV owners. The only issue is the Administration. The product you suggest may not be one the Administration agrees with. They will immediately try to embarrass your choice.
Seems they know everything. I would not call this a forum as only the administrator has the right answer. Too heavily censored.
ForestRiverRVForums is unprotected and you will be spammed.
Update, once again reading about bargains on generators. Here come the smart Remarks from the Administration. Seems this Bikendan always has the better deal and rudely lets you know how poor your purchase was. Over it.. by lack of new subjects it is obvious the Administration is killing the site.
They are the ones whom start the new threads. If you want to be bashed, censored or admonished for your opinion feel free to comment

They allow bashing of Forest River but place infractions on those that respond to an RV’rs asking where else they could get additional information. They don’t like criticism of the site administrators for making decisions that don’t correlate with other postings. I gave up my membership since there are other sites that provide the same or better information. Let’s see if they try to remove this review since they continued to remove my postings on their forum.

ForestRiverRVForums is ok for social networking. I would like to see more product information. I have had some problems with the two travel trailers I have purchased and would like to have see how others rate their purchases. Should I expect to have to return to the dealership to have warranty work done to correct things that should have been done at the factory? Is this normal? This kind of info could also help to build a better product.

ForestRiverRVForums is so helpful. As a new owner I had many questions. ForestRiverRVForums is set up well and easy to navigate.

Love the community and app. Would like to see the addition of emoji support and like buttons.

Good information but ForestRiverRVForums is not intuitive pictures are difficult to post and usually rotate 90 degrees.

This is the place to get honest opinions and lots of tips and ideas regarding the extensive array of Forest River RV's. Other manufacturers may also offer a forum for their products, but it is hard to beat the camaraderie & helpful nature of these FROGies! There is a very special pride in being a member of this group. Just go to one rally and you will be hooked. We are upgrading to a fifth wheel in the near future and we will not even consider anything other than a Forest River unit. Great company and a great group of owners!

I downloaded ForestRiverRVForums after we signed for our new trailer, but before we brought it home. It was incredibly helpful to read through the forums before our walkthrough so we already had an understanding of what we would see, and would have a better idea of what to ask about. The members on the forums are very friendly and helpful. Great place to ask questions or just say hello.

Good app to get community advice & camaraderie from Forest River brand RV owners from all over N. America. Only thing I dislike is that as I scroll they the topics, I must have a heavy thumb, because it seems way too easy for ForestRiverRVForums to think I want to quote & comment, so I have to cancel that before I can continue to scroll.

If you own an RV or thinking about purchasing one, this is the best source for all things related to the ownership and great camping lifestyle.
Website is full of straight forward, no gimmick answers to any questions you may have from purchasing a camper to diagnosing problems...much better and more reliable information than books or Dealerships!

ForestRiverRVForums is a good tool for reading the forum. It does exactly what it's supposed to do and behaves well. The forum is also accessible with a Web browser, not just with ForestRiverRVForums, but reading with ForestRiverRVForums is convenient on a mobile device. I wish the other RV forums had apps like this or could be accessed with this one!

Before the Update yesterday, whenever a Forum member posted a photo in his/her comment, I could view it. Now I can't. I have to view the posting in Safari in order to see the photo. I downloaded ForestRiverRVForums so that I wouldn't have to access the Forum through a web browser, especially since that route is slow and clunky. Time for some more programming effort on what was previously a fully useable app.

I enjoy reading others comments and experiences and often learn something about my rig that I had not even thought of. It is an excellent site to seek specific info and advice about any FR product issue. Very well maintained and organized and comments are kept civil and on subject

Most valuable. Now I keep up to date on my rig even more since I almost exclusively use my iPad. Some minor issues yet so no 5 rating until fixed..... Need to enhance ability to see pics. Can't see most of them posted my members.

After joining the Forest River RV forums, I was intrigued when the iPad suggested it try ForestRiverRVForums when I went to the site.

ForestRiverRVForums is now my favorite way to view and use the site! I especially like the View All New posts feature.

This has been great for helping with our purchase of a new Forest River product. I look forward to becoming part of the community and learning more from them. ForestRiverRVForums has worked great!

Enjoy reading the different sections,it's interesting to see how much info relates to our camping trips. Have to read at least twice a day !!
