As a life long Skins fan living away from the DC area I was excited to get an app that would keep me abreast of the teams ins and outs. The problem is WashingtonCommanders doesn’t show everything nor does it allow me to search certain topics so I can find what I am looking for. All you get is posted news that the team want you to see not answers to questions like what is going on with our second round running back that was injured before seeing him play. If there is a way to find that news it seems to be to complicated for this man.
The worst part is every day I have a growing number on the phone telling me there are things to see yet neither I or my son can figure out how to make that number go away. Maybe I have to literally watch every video and read every article and look at every picture.

Just thought a storied franchise could do more for fans online since we are stuck in a perpetual mode of mediocrity. Never good enough to win anything yet never bad enough for a good draft pick

Gold season ticket holder, and every time I click on something related to my account, I have to sign in, again and again. And don’t even think about going back to a previous screen...sign in again. There is this thing called a session cookie...use them please! And why do I have to leave WashingtonCommanders for some actions? What’s the point of a mobile app if it just dumps users out to the very non-mobile web site? Let’s talk about navigation and buttonology, both stink! If you want some help with human factors engineering, give me a call...wait, let me log in again.

Change the name too the Washington Scouts. Don’t change anything other than take the headdress off and put a couple feathers hanging off the back of his head. You can honor the native Americans this way and have very little change too your logo. This I believe would be honored by native Americans. Thanks a brother to native Americans. Wawa1965

I’m a devoted fan in New Jersey and was excited to download WashingtonCommanders and listen, maybe even watch, the Redskins preseason games on it. I can’t figure out for the life of me how to on WashingtonCommanders without signing up for NFL Game Pass. Not happening because I already pay for NFL Sunday Ticket on DirecTV as well as an additional monthly charge for the regional sports on Channel 642 so I can watch the pregame and postgame.

And..... does anyone know how to clear the notification badge (without turning it off obviously)???????? I have 4 now and can’t figure out what to open in WashingtonCommanders to clear them!! 😡🤬😡🤬😡

I am a Washington Football Team fan, A BIG FAN. One day I was on WashingtonCommanders Store and then I found WashingtonCommanders and I got it. When WashingtonCommanders finished installing I opened it and of course I turned on notifications than it to link your Ticketmaster account I didn’t have one so I made one and WashingtonCommanders is one of my favorite apps on iPhone. I love WashingtonCommanders!!!

How is it that there is a Fan Zone without a link to the official fan forum?

I enjoy the daily content and updates. One thing that would make WashingtonCommanders 5 star would be auto play on the videos. Since the player interviews are short it would allow those using Bluetooth headphones too keep it moving 🤷🏾‍♂️ just a suggestion

I’m not even a Washington fan and I downloaded WashingtonCommanders cuz they’re amaZing. I’m a chiefs fan and I give WashingtonCommanders 5 stars, not because I like WashingtonCommanders , but because Washington is the best in the NFC East

Finally deleted this obese advertising crap bag of an app. I love the team and like to keep up but dang! This thing drains my iPhone so fast due to constant pop ups loading that I can actually see my battery life drop. Just timed it before deleting... 10% gone in less than 30 seconds!!! Unacceptable! Should let coach Rivera handle this too🤟🏼

I was hoping for just a modicum of impartiality but no. After each loss there’s barely any mention of the horrendous plays and play calling. All the negatives are whitewashed over. No mention of coaches or players on the hot seat. Also I used to be able to pick up the radio broadcast off WashingtonCommanders but no more. I’ve been a Redskin fan for over 50 years. We deserve better!

I’m a life long fan of all the DMV sports. I live out of the State and unable to listen to local sports talk shows. I download WashingtonCommanders to keep up but WashingtonCommanders stream is so disappointing. I can’t get a complete sentences out of conversations. I tried everything. Nothing seems to work. I wish there were other options.

I love WashingtonCommanders not just because they are my favorite football team, but because it’s SO simple to use and it’s easy to get info!

Had WashingtonCommanders for years but finally removed it after it quit working very well. Now I can’t get the game broadcast to work (“error please try again”).

Not to mention the dark pattern trying to trick you into signing up for a monthly subscription to tunein radio.

No love at all went into making WashingtonCommanders.

I live out of state so I thought I could listen to the live radio broadcast of games. However every time I click on the “Listen Live” button the broadcast never plays. It just sits on a screen. Doesn’t even look like it’s trying to load the broadcast. WashingtonCommanders is absolute garbage.

I tried to go on WashingtonCommanders as I have for years and it told me I had to update. And they told me that my phone was not compatible with this version 13 update. Now it won’t let me access WashingtonCommanders at all. Are you kidding me? Get this update out of here! Or I’ll start rooting for the Cowboys!

I get a notice of a note of Redskins news and when I go to WashingtonCommanders to open the notifications, there’s nothing there. This has been going on for a couple months. Thought it would be fixed by now.

Needs more 24 Hour News Cycle On the Team... Too many times another website or blog will break an update before WashingtonCommanders. And the Elimination of the fans forum was a total mistake

It used to be a good source for team news. Lately the videos don’t play or hang up when playing. I get news about the team long before WashingtonCommanders post the stories.

Awesome app for the fan in me disappointed there is zero stadium look during the game and play by play missing the field of play

Using iPhone X. Videos often freeze and then are unable to play again. If you have to pause the video it generally will stay paused indefinitely even after pressing play. Crashes constantly.

You can’t listen to a live game with WashingtonCommanders. Way to keep your out of market fans engaged. Given the last few years of on field performance, I fail to see where you can avoid an opportunity to keep us interested.

Used to love it. Now I can’t listen to the radio feature if my phone goes into rest mode. I always have to keep my phone unlocked and open. Please fix this.

I’ve gotten notifications of new notifications on WashingtonCommanders but I went into WashingtonCommanders and the last notification was two months ago.
