Needs Major Improvements
This app is still far below what I would expect for what is becoming the most technologically advanced sport. The majority of the time over the week before the race I encountered a data retrieval error that prevented me from using the app. Studies have shown that most users will delete an app or discontinue use after these types of issues. When I have been able to get into the app, after the first race, there's still a option to buy tickets for the first race, which is already over. Also, I'm surprised that users are expected to change the race from the settings. This is a very poor design as users have to dig through the app just to view data for each race.
Not intuitive
I can’t find race time either local or US. There are many repeats, so confusing as to what real-time is. I’d also like to find some kind of practice and qualy print out and grid, but that’s not easy to find. On the where to watch page on the app, I click on the link and it takes me to the same page on the website. I feel like I’m always going in circle and never find what I want. Everything seems to take me to the “buy a ticket” page. I don’t want a ticket, I wan to keep in touch with practice, qualy and watch the race (real time if possible).
Big swings
This app has been very good in the past. Formula E has in general been great about facilitating fans interaction with the series. However this updated app, while quite good looking, lacks the functionality it had in the past. There is no way to give feedback directly through the app, no access to Fanboost, no function to add all race dates to calendar, overly compartmentalized and lacking the intuitive interface present in past versions of the app.
This App Needs Some Work
There are 24 drivers. You only see the top 19 drivers in live timing. The box needs to be larger. You can see the top portion of the next line. When live timing refreshes, it reloads the entire page which takes almost a minute. Having live timing on another tab will make it easier to use. The same problems are on the website. This app is a lot harder to use than the one for formula 1.
This app is terrible
Who designed this? Difficult to navigate, limited information and (not the app’s fault) but impossible to actually watch he race. With the amount of information related to this sport, it could be much much better. Poorly done and offer subscription to watch. It’s 2019, nobody under the age of 60 has tv anymore!
Will not open
Was excited to download App but after downloading the pages would not load.
Ticket app is horrible!!!
Endless data entry and then it rejects every attempt I’ve made to pay. I have tried everything, on computer, on phone app, and confirmed with my credit card companies that the rejected cards are active. Cleaned caches and cookies and re-entered all data. I give up. I have gone for the last two years, but this website just will not let me buy tickets.
Trash
App is hard to use and not methodical layed out. I.E. if I want to see race results I have to go through multiple layers of the app which themselves are hard to figure out and then I'll be able to see them. Also in the results why can't I click on the player name to see what team they race for and more information about them?
Great
Me app like gay not app jk but being serious the apps great
Missing basic information
Cannot view driver or constructor championship standings anywhere in the app. Way too much fluff! Provide the basic information of schedules, results, and championship standings.
Can’t tell when races start in my time zone
Times for practices, qualifying, and the actual race should be in my my time zone. I can’t tell when anything is. It would also be nice to see where I could watch the races in my country.
Where is the actual start times
Like the f1 sight it gives me a start time in my tine zone - you are making do math not good Also you do not of me a way to look at track timing data as it is happening - might be good to pull me in and make me start Get better i will stay
App is difficult to navigate around.
I use the app to check stats and news about Formula E. I open app and the first thing I see is tickets for sale for a race that is on the other side of the globe. Not what I got the app for.
Very hard to use
Trying to see what time the other races are at? You have to change the settings for each race! And when I try to check in the next race it resets and only will show me results for race 1.
lol but impossible to navigate
Can’t find anything on the site. I need to know when the races are and on what channel. So far the only good thing about the site is the color scheme.
