Unable to login

I can’t login to my account since it doesn’t let me choose the right id type to login. This app needs to be fixed since schools instruct this app for new student to use as their virtual student id, but the app not even works well.
Keeps freezing

9/10 times - - Always getting the wheel of death when logging on! Horrible app. Once you’re in, the app is okay. Just hope it doesn’t freeze or kick you out in the middle. :(
Crashes before I can even use it

I try and select a school and it immediately crashes. I don’t even get a chance to try to login. Not worth it.
