How to fix Fancy app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fancy app on iPhone
Update Fancy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fancy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fancy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fancy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fancy Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Fancy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Fancy App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fancy » click [Force Stop]

Update Fancy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fancy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fancy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fancy.

Fix Fancy unable to contact server/ Fancy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fancy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fancy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Fancy
