- You are only allowed to choose from the that month’s choices.
- The site isn’t what it say’s it is.
It has been a couple of days and all I get is the "oops try again/ start over" page. I've tried starting over, updating and restarting the app, as well as my phone, to no avail.
I tried loading book of the month app and all I get is oops try again. I continue to get that after 4 trys!!
The app is not working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled still not working .
I switched phones today, checked my BOTM app and it scrubbed my acct. stating that I had cancelled my subscription, which I skipped last month. I just ordered my September box today. Please fix this without it costing me extra or I will cancel. Thanks, Gwen
When I try to get on the app all I’m getting is a white screen
First the app kept making me log in. Now when I open the app there is nothing there but a white screen. Why all of these problems?
The app keeps crashing when I try to listen to my audio book. I haven’t been able to listen in four days. Fix it Jesus.
