I have two badges 25004 5466491 0002 and 25004 5466491 0003. I have completed a trip through France and neither badge worked, which was very frustrating. I tried a month ago to return one of the badges, but the return address provided on the website did not work and the badge was returned to me. I wish to cancel both badges and return them and cancel my contract with immediate effect. Could you please confirm cancellation, and provide an address for me to return the badges. Thank you.
