Apple open with face recognition. Goes immediately back to the home screen on my phone?

To resolve My Eyes Only network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the My Eyes Only App
1. On android, goto Settings » My Eyes Only » click [Force Stop]

Clear My Eyes Only App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » My Eyes Only » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart My Eyes Only.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click My Eyes Only » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto My Eyes Only » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch My Eyes Only
