Ever cents they have updated the app I have not been able to use my D OK app to do anything. I can login and I can see the homepage. After that if I try to open Bill Pay or see any of my ledger or account information it automatically reverts immediately back to the homepage. I called the B OK account representative and Tulsa and they told me to uninstall and reinstall all the app. This did not work and I am still unable to use the app. I hope that they can rectify this soon because I have bills to pay and I have been using the app for the last 6-7 years successfully. Not sure what the problem is but it needs fixed fast.

Bank doesn’t look out for people at all closes at 5pm even the drive through I think they are the only bank in the state that does that if there’s a Holliday they just leave you screwed 15 of my coworkers we’re able to cash their checks on Christmas Eve even though check was dated for 25th but not me bank of Oklahoma will not do that at all then when I did deposit on the 26th they left me screwed until the 27th even though they were open their system does not I just opened an account a week and a half ago and I am already ready to leave this worthless bank

I’ve been with bok for a few years now and they still haven’t fixed the problem with the site and the app I have a external bank account added to my bok to transfer money to and all I get every time I tried to transfer is a internal application error on both site and the app this bank either needs to fix this problem or something. I’m honestly thinking of just closing my account due to this problem I also tried to get ahold of customer service they asked me the problem I told them and never did I hear anything back since then so Im basically at a lose here for this bank. Using iPhone XS
